The hotel is very good However the bottom of the toilet was dirty stained and would have been nice to have towels changed we stayed 4 days and no cleans towels changed

The place was amazing and the staff were great

We arrived from our flight early morning and the owner let us check in early since the room was vacant. After a long time travelling, this kind gesture was very appreciated. The owner is kind and soft spoken.

Flight was delayed, couldn't get ahold of property about late check in, said the number was no longer in use.....by the time we got in the office was closed.

Great value. Our room was clean and quite. Great location beach right across the street and plenty of restaurants. What made the stay was the excellent service from the owner. Will stay thier again.

Excellent service. Very kind people. Mr. Manolis, the owner was very kind and hospitable. The staff was great! Fotini who took care of our room is a sweet girl and very good at her job. The hotel is located next to the beach. I recommend the hotel if you wan't a simple room with balcony by the beach. The hotel also has a pool and parking service.

Very traditional Greek hotel. Very clean with lovely staff. It is 2 star but great value for money. Location is great.

The location is excellent, close to the beach, tavernas & shops. The pool was fine but you can't get so much as a drink or a snack there. The rooms are adequate but dated, most of the power points didn't work so you have the choice of kettle or fridge. The staff are very friendly and helpful when you can find someone. The big downside was that we had a late flight both ways, reception was shut when we arrived but a key was left outside (which I wouldn't have known if I hadn't rung) going back we had to pay an extra e30 to have somewhere to leave our bags and have a shower. Overall it was fine to lay your head and not expensive but a few little changes would make it good.

Hotel was outdated, beds were uncomfortable. We closed 3 beds in the room but one of the beds was a cot. Linen service was every 4 days, shower was extremely small so when you took a shower all the water would go out.

The hotel is very outdated, mould stains on the popcorn walls no counter space in the washroom, very small shower with water spraying everywhere and mould stained plastic anti slip that was changed once I complained, two single beds and the 3rd bed was a cot....extremely uncomfortable beds and pillows (old and worn out condition), only one big towel and one face towel per person that was changed every 4 days and no service on Sunday. The girl that cleaned the room was very friendly and helped us when a complaint was voiced. I think we overpaid for the condition of the room!

Relaxing comfortable stay, breakfast was adequate and the room had all amenities you need. The host was friendly and knowledgeable and the hotel is in a great location. Would stay again.

Fantastic place to stay, quiet and relaxing. Excellent room service. Manolis was very helpful and he's just wonderful person! I'd highly recommended!

a small family run hotel ,staff were very friendly and helpful and within walking distance of all amenities,only 2 mins walk from bus stops to other towns,ample breakfast included in price

Traditional furniture, conveniently priced. The guys working there were really kind. Good breakfast with homemade cakes. Excellent price quality balance.

This is a very nice hotel, confortable room and bathroom. The location is very good, frequent buses to chania and platanias. If you are looking for a new modern hotel then go to Platanias, not to this one. If you are looking for something more traditional where you speak to the owner directly, then this is for you. The beach is only 50 metres away, the bus stop just outside. Our room was tidied up every day. Very good experience overall. WI-Fi in the room. The swimming pool is not big and is 2m at its deepest. It is a good alternative to the beach if it is windy and you don't like waves in the sea. The breakfast was of good quality, not a huge selection but everything they have is better than most hotels, even the more expensive ones. Has got car park, easy access to Chania by car and easy to drive from the airport. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in the area. Would definetely stay again if i visit the same area of Chania.

Hotel needs some renovation. And the room has mosquitos.

We really liked the host — he was very courteous, friendly, and pleasant, and he wanted everything to be perfect for us. It’s a very lovely family-run business. He provided lots of information and was always open to questions. We were allowed to park in the driveway and also had some nice conversations with him. The room was good, and we received fresh towels every three days.
