Good Stay a little dated but everything in functional nothing extravagant for the price just a good hotel to stay at, dont expect holiday style vibes,more a business oriented hotel.

Great stay. Clean. Food is acceptably good. There is no executive lounge where you could get beverages/snacks/privacy from the general lobby area. Executive floor only means that you need a keycard to access elevator to your room floor.

Very close to the main areas of Bengaluru.

On check in, I was advised I should have booked 2 rooms rather than 1 although booking clearly stated room was for 4 people. It was then suggested that 2 adults and 2 teenagers needed to sleep on 1 king size bed. I explained this was not feasible and an extra single bed was provided. Apart from this, reception was receptive to requests. They sorted issues out like the shower not draining well. Lovely sauna and steam room. Please consider having more parasols by the pool.

The room was clean. The water bottled provided had its sealing almost wearing off. The restaurant was below expectation.

The staff was amazing and the food was really fabulous as well. The spa was great and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The location is great; within walking distance of shopping, and it's very secure. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will stay there again if I return!

Service was good. Food was okay. Maybe not ask for credit card to make deposit. Can use debit card also.

Room not practical in terms of layout especially for fam of 4. Wc could not be locked.

Undertrained staff, but clean hotel

Great rooms - good size, clean and with the minimum required amenities. Breakfast and dinner service is terrible. Food is full of spices instead of flavour and unnecessarily expensive. Service is slow (getting cutlery provided whilst the food is already at table) and sometimes awkward as orders does not even arrive (so just gave up) and need multiple reminders with multiple staff members over an extraordinary period of time. One or two hardworking staff members and others are just pretending to be busy. During one dinner, a loud altercation took place between two waiters - bad language used in the presence of all guests including children.

Very convenient for getting aroud near by malls

Welcom ITC is a great chain of hotels however it’s a bit overpriced

Das Personal ist super (Siddika hat uns zum Beispiel sehr freundlich geholfen den Transport zu organisieren) Das Hotel ist nicht das neuste aber insgesamt sehr gut (Zimmer sind sehr groß, Betten sind bequem, Frühstück gut)
