Very nice attention from Everyone makes you feel at home

Unfortunately our daughter was very sick and we ended up having to leave Friday night. I did not feel like hotel staff did much to try and help. And absolutely nothing is open in the area in case of an emergency (Walmart, CVS, etc.) so we ended up losing out on over $500 due to an emergency and having to leave. I asked if they offer a refund or credit and they said no.

Property was perfect for our trip-location is convenience as many places we went to were all within walking distance

Right in the middle of Portsmouth. Location is fantastic. Staff friendly and welcoming and breakfast was terrific. We would definitely stay here again.

We love being able to charge our car over night and to have a pleasant walk to our favorite restaurants. All of the staff with whom we interacted were pleasant. Our room was clean and comfortable. The evening cookies were delicious. :-)

Very clean and spacious rooms. Location makes it easy to walk to all things one needs.

I really like the location of this hotel. I wasn’t happy getting there finding out that the pool was not in service but everything else was very nice and it worked for exactly what we wanted it for.

Great location. Under construction. Elevator was a bit clunky. Clean. Nice people and handy valet service. But to park $50 extra dollars?

We like the location, everything was walkable.

They were apparently doing construction in the hotel and we had no idea until we checked in. Smell was horrible when we stepped off the elevator, elevator was covered in foam board. Was told not to use it but was also told we could use it sooo

Our corner room was gorgeous. Seems to be recently completely renovated. Comfy bed. Huge bathroom. Loved the three windows. However the windows need replacing. They are cloudy and you can’t really see well out of them Loved our stay. Walking distance to everything !
