Is Group hotel really the best to stay. Rooms and services are very good.

I loved stayed at this hotel. Hotel nears subway station and convenience stores. The staff of the hotel also very helpful

Very near to the jr lines and walking distances to Akihabara. Easy to access from Narita only using single line. Of course will stay here again when we visit Tokyo

The hotel was too stiff, we didn't pay attention to the check out time, it turned out it was 10 o'clock here, I think it's usually 11 o'clock in other places or other countries, we asked for less than 1 hour because when we were showering it was 30 minutes but when we got downstairs they immediately charged a late check out fine. out and didn't want to know our reason even though we had already been told when we called the room.

Really convinient, near station that cover all line in tokyo, little bit small but it 's standard hotel in tokyo.

Padahal sudah info bawa check in sampai tanggal 28 mereka bilang oke tapi malah di lock kunci kamarnya jadi harus urus check in lagi untuk check in aja bisa 1 jam.

The service took a really long time, even though Japan is famous for being fast, getting to this place took a long time and was complicated when checking in.

Stay for 2 people but all equipment is only given 1, from towels, drinking water, toiletries. There were small children but they were still given a smoking room without prior notification. Really bad service. I won't want to go back again 😭

Service is not good, room order is not appropriate, lots of hair in the bathroom, bad judgment.

Location is closed to Tokyo Station and there ' s a direct line to Narita Airport which make it easy coming or going to the airport. There ' s a 7/11 store nearby and some good restaurants. But the room is very small. Hotel staff is nice and helpful. If you traveling solo that should not be a problem but if you have 2 big luggages, you can't open it inside the room.

The hotel staff was less than helpful when we needed the WiFi password, the room had no AC & only a heater.

This is the second time I have stayed here because I like the fast service, especially now that self check in is just a passport scan and express check out, the room is clean, complete with amenities.

Really like this hotel, it's not wrong to choose Alhamdulillah, the location is really close to Tokyo Metro. Access from Narita to the hotel is very easy, just take the Narita sky train access line, go down at Higa Hinihbashi, exit very exit. The location is also close to the same level, the rooms are comfortable and clean. It's just that the rooms are small but not a problem because I stay alone. If you come to Japan, you will definitely come here again.

Clean clean comfortable comfortable hotel. When exiting the Higashinihombashi exit, it looks like his hotel. Where to eat is good. Away from the crowd for a good rest.

When check-in you will get a free 2 bottle of coffee, the room was great and the amenities was very good. The hotel was very near to 3 stations so you won’t be difficult to reach it and it’s near to convenient store and supermarket.

This hotel is kinda old compared to my previous stay in shinjuku. Interior places quite the same (APA hotel standard) but the place is smaller. Luckily, I got 1 room at hook which has extra space. You know when in japan hotel any extra space is precious, so maybe ask hotel staff to put you in hook / corner room. Many supermarket and restaurant near hotel. Station is 2 minutes walking from hotel. Overall this hotel is good.

Small room but fully equipped with all the things I need on a travel. Good location which is very near to both subway and JR station.

Room was so small, but clean and the service was good. The location near Higashi Nihombashi station for subway line and Metro line, also near Bakurocho station for JR line.
