Convenient location

Stay was excellent. Breakfast was fantastic and the sever in the morning was our favourite. I like the different restaurants within the establishment. Close to walking path and shopping. We will return!

Well renovated property,

We were there in autumn - off season. Would probably be a bit noisy at peak times. Fantastic supplied breakfast. Staff were nice.

Newly refurbished Room was so tastefully and thoughtfully styled and designed Toiletries provided for use actually high end and mini tea coffee snack area very considered Loved the staff service attitude, helpfulness and warmth Great service

We turned up earlier than planned at around 12:30pm. After staying 5 times previously we did not expect the welcome that we received. We were told that they would message us when a room became available (with a smug look on the receptionists face). A lie! Could not check in until 1 min past 2:00pm. We had come back from a walk and just waited in the restaurant. Honestly just tell the truth or allow an early check in when the rooms were "clearly" cleaned and available; especially given that we always check out early. Some business sense would be very good. We will have second thoughts about going back again due to how we were treated.

only thing property needs is a lift.

Great place to stay wish I’d booked the front rooms looking over the lake but I can’t complain it’s a beautiful Inn.

Room was spacious with a lovely new, clean bathroom , staff were good .well located.

I've stayed at The Banjo MANY times, for both Work (in my work van) and leisure (on my motorbike). Every time it's perfect, that's why I keep coming back!

Staff was very helpful and pleasent.

The location is fantastic but given the premium in price we expected more than a good location and what’s offered by a typical model. The cleanness was disappointing, we saw a dirty sock left behind the stool and hidden spots remain uncleaned.
