Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à l’hôtel Lac Brome. La première soirée, nous avons eu un enjeux avec l’air climatisé qui n’était pas optimal. En effet il y avait de la poussière encrassé à l’extérieur. La température n’a pas descendu en bas de 23•C Nous l’avons fait fonctionner trois jours de temps et la température n’a pas descendu en bas de 21 même si les journées étaient plus fraîches que 18 degrés.Celsius. L’accueil n’est pas ouvert apres 21h ish Le personnel s’est montré serviable lorsque nous avions besoin, et lorsque nous leur avons mentionné qu’il y avait des choses à réparer. J’ai mis que l’entretien de l’hôtel pourrait être meilleur. En effet, le ventilateur de la salle de bain, ne tirait pas l’air, l’air climatisé n’était pas optimal, la toilette était mal fixée et la peinture sur le devant de l’établissement est écaillée. La télévision fonctionnait bien et nous avions une belle capacité de poste, mais nous avions la fausse joie de pouvoir connecter notre appareil sur la télévision, cela n’a pas fonctionné étrangement. Nous avons vu des canards et une tortue. Emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal sur le bord de l’eau à mi-chemin entre l’autoroute et le centre-ville. L’hôtel est très bien et propre. Il y a un accès au lac pour faire canon kayak, mais la météo ne nous a pas permis de le faire. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le déjeuner continental et les heures nous convenait très bien. La salle d’entraînement nous a bien plu puisqu’il y a quelques essentiels.

Nothing to say, we had a kitchen in the room, we had a small get together party. It was fun!! Only one thing, the safe didn’t work, forgot to tell the front desk. We wish we arrived earlier so we can take a walk around the property.

My husband I weren't sure what to expect, however we pleasantly surprised. From the presentation of the room to grounds and food - just wow.

Rooms are sorta plain Jane although they are big. Beds ok. Showers good and the setting is vey quiet and pretty. The carpets could use a replacement and the exterior could use a fresh coat of paint.

At breakfast, the girl in charge never showed up in the dining room. She was busy chatting with the receptionist all along in the kitchen. I had to to come back, climbing the stairs again to knock at the door of the kitchen because a technician for the pool was awaiting for a while at the reception. The receptionist, surprised, opened the kitchen door to answer me. That's how I finally saw her in the kitchen. I took care of myself for breakfast without spoon for my cereals. But the receptionist was very helpful and kind all along my stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We were simply looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay overnight, but this hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh, and the entire property was well-maintained and organized. We loved the peaceful nature setting by the lake, as well as the spa amenities, sauna, hammam, gym, outdoor pool, and complimentary breakfast. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay. A perfect place to relax and unwind away from the city. Highly recommended! 🤎🤎🤎

Fantastic hotel, great location to be based at to do your Eastern Township daily excursions. Beautiful view both from the front (lake) and the back (wooded area). Friendly staff behind desk, everything inside is remodelled, rooms are updated, spacious, and clean. Variety of room or suite set ups for your group. Great amenities, spa, sauna, small gym, a private beach across the street, pool, lots of lounge and deck space to sit and chill. And a great continental breakfast in the morning. You will not regret staying here!
