I had a very comfortable, hassle-free stay at the Merlot Hotel. It is very conveniently situated for the Cassaba complex, which is full of bars and restaurants. The hotel staff were very helpful when I needed to extend my stay, and even allowed me a late check out. It was my first time staying at the Merlot but it will not be my last!

I stayed at the Merlot for a week; it was my introduction to being a tourist in Turkey and overall a great experience! My room was exceptionally clean and the front desk staff personnel were excellent. My only complaints are minor: There was no way to control the heat in my room and many times it got too warm. The bathroom continually projected an odor of backed up sewage. Not sure if the plumbing needs flushing?

Super duper place to stay, clean, the staff is very friendly, breakfast was superb !! Love it

Öğlende tost veya benzeri bişeyler yemek istedik … otelde yokmuş dışarıdan sipariş vermek zorundaymışız. O halde sipariş verirmisiniz dediğimizde kendiniz vereceksiniz dedi görevli.. Biz şehirde zaten misafiriz nasıl veririz…Barı kahvaltı salonu olan bir otelde öğlen için sandviç tost yeme imkanı olmalı

ıt was good and comfortable hotel. there is a lot of cafe,bistro and bars around the hotel. close the city centre.

Everything was good and staff was sooo friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was sooooo amazing. Definitely would be staying again.

Merhaba, genel anlamda memnun kaldık, ancak girişte bir bellboy un valizimizi alıp odaya çıkar masını ve oda hakkında bilgi vermesini bekler dim. Oda genel anlamda iyiydi. Ancak banyo kapısının içe bakan pervazının alt kısmında ki kabarmalar iyi bir görüntü değildi ve banyo musluğu devamlı damlıyordu. Resepsiyona bilgi verdim. Kahvaltı ve servis gayet iyiydi.

Malesef eskimenin etkileri görülüyor. Temiz olmasına rağmen havlular çok yıpranmıştı. Banyo zemininde özellikle duşakabin kenarlarında derzler yer yer açık yer yer kireç birikintileri var. Duş duvarlarının birleşme yerleri açılmıştı. Tüm bu tersliklere rağmen temizlik, hizmet ve ilgi gayet iyiydi.
