A clean room beautiful pool area and helpful staff.

The noise outside can be easily heard inside the room. You can hear people chatting at the hallways in the middle of the night.

Very nice hotel—clean, with great service, strong AC, excellent internet, and an impressive breakfast buffet. Only downside: the mattresses are quite firm.

An absolute little gem in Palma. Perfect for an adult only hotel, just off the centre of Palma but with easy connections to all the sights. Quiet rooms, pretty gardens & lovely swimming pool. Food good, rooms & restaurant very affordable.

Staff are brilliant and food great at this charming old school hotel, with gorgeous gardens and pool plus great gym & sauna - tres relaxing and will come back 😁

Very good, nice friendly hotel.

Hotel Araxa was easy to travel to by foot from Santa Catalina or on the bus. It's close to route 4 so easy to reach the lovely beach at ses Illetes. There is a large supermarket close by. Excellent welcome as I was able to check in a little early and I was given a room upgrade. I would definitely return if staying in Palma again.

It’s a bit out-of-the-way but in a nice neighborhood. I was given a free upgrade. The room was clean and spacious. The balcony was lovely and the price was amazing.

We were 3 women travelling together. The single rooms were spacious and immaculate. The garden is enclosed with pretty trees, lovely seating areas and a good sized pool. The hotel is excellent value for money, friendly and with a relaxed atmosphere - we would definitely return.

Art nouveau hotel. Very pretty although far from the tourist spots but there is a museum of architecture nearby that is worth a visit.

Good for the price. Little far from the center but a good hotel that definitely needs room renovations.

Our stay was perfect, spacious, clean room with daily cleaning. Delicious breakfast and reasonably priced drink and food menu throughout the day and evening. Delightful pool area with the most comfortable sun beds. Quiet, friendly atmosphere and wonderful scent throughout the traditionally beautiful hotel.

It’s ok

We were just at the hotel for a very short amount of time so I don’t know about the additional amenities but it is very pretty. The staff at the front desk wasn’t overly friendly. I had a feeling we were inconveniencing him by coming in so late. Maybe if you’re staying for a longer period of time you’ll have a different opinion

We were absolutely delighted with Hotel Araxa. Beautifully styled, clean, friendly and comfortable. The rooms were spacious with good air conditioning, the pool area and grounds were impeccably kept. The restaurant area is open to locals and it's a great sign that it's busy. Highly recommended... It makes a change from chain hotels.

Great hotel , staff brilliant. Couldn’t fault anything, loved the spa.

The lobby and main area of the hotel have kept a 60s style which is very appealing. Gill, at the front desk, was very friendly, efficient and helpful. The location isn't the best for views or anything lik that but it nakes up for it.
