A very bad and disappointing experience. When checking in, the first thing was that the bathroom light bulb was broken. After showering, there was no hair dryer. When I went to the reception to borrow it, the hotel owner said he had one, but I knew clearly that the receptionist had one. The owner or hotel manager, I don't know, is very difficult. Will not come back again!

คนที่รับหน้าเคาน์เตอร์พูดจา ได้แย่มากๆ ไม่เคยเจอที่พักที่ไหน ใส่อารมณ์ก็ลูกค้าขนาดนี้ นี่เป็นคนนึงที่ชอบจองที่พักใน ทราเวล นะ แต่เจอโรงแรมนี้เข้าไป สภาพห้องก็ไม่ใช่ราค่าที่จอง ห้องเก่าๆ ฝุ่นเต็มห้อง เสียงแอร์ดังทั้งคืน เรามีลูกไปด้วยทุกที่ไม่เคยมีใครให้ลูกเราไปนอนห้องแยก เพราะปกติอยู่บ้านก็นอนด้วยกันอยู่แล้ว แต่นี่พอเห็นลูกเรา กลับโวยวายใส่ ว่าเราจะมาขอหมอน ขอโน้น ขอนี่ ไม่ได้นะ เพราะจองมาแค่ 2 คนเอง เรายังไม่เคยเอ่ยปากสักคำ ว่าเราต้องการอะไรและไม่เคยไปเรียกร้องอะไรด้วยซ้ำกับที่พัก เพราะเรารู้ดีและเกรงใจมากๆ เด็ก 10 ขวบ จัให้เช่าอีกห้อง 1 แล้วน้องจะนอนยังไง ถ้าเราไม่คิดว่าใกล้สถานที่สอบนะ ทิ้งแล้วคืนนั้น👎🏻 แย่สุดเท่าที่เคยเจอบอกตามตรง

ห้องพักสะอาดดีมากครับ แต่ต้องติเตียนในเรื่องของก๊อกน้ำในห้องน้ำ ก๊อกฝักบัวเปิดไม่ได้ และในห้องพักไม่มีกาน้ำร้อน
