The room was clean the staff were pleasant breakfast was adequate . There was a coffee machine and coffee and tea . A fridge and tv which you guild used Netflix etc. if you had your own password . A little noise a few nights but close to all amenities and easy access to highways

Told that there was an airport shuttle. when we arrived we called the hotel and asked to be picked up. we were told to wait at end of terminal. waited 50 min and called again. same thing they were going to tell driver we were waiting. waited another 45 min and called again. they asked what flight we were on. I told them I arrived in my personal Aircraft. Front desk clerk saiid driver only picked up commercial passengers. We took a taxi and it was $20. got to hotel and clerk was somewhat rude. I have service Dog and he wanted documents to prove it. I showed him the documents and then he asked for a picture / Badge??? Service dogs do not have that type of ID. The room was clean but A/C was in operative and room was 88 degrees . Avoide this ripoff at all cost.

If you are thinking this will be a good value hotel you are wrong. My room had an overpowering smell of a scented deodorizer, I lleft right away and booked at the Ravens Inn which was perfect. Don’t waste your money.

Room was decent for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful during check in and check out, however there were lots of people making noise late into the night. I appreciate the value for the cost.

The room was not very clean but good location. Very noisy if you're staying on lower level, room with a view would be nice.

Our stay was during an exceedingly windy cold period of past -30°C. Being an elder, I found the room slow to warm up, though everything was in great working order. Beyond the immaculately clean service they habitually supply, the night staff also promptly supplied a portable heater and two very warm blankets. After that, we were very warm and comfortable foe the duration of our stay.

The room wasn't that Clean and the original room i was supposed wasn't clean before i asked to move?

I always pick the Yukon Inn when I am staying in Whitehorse. Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and I really like their restaurant. Plus, I always run into someone I know!

Room was very clean, very comfortable and had friendly was conveniently close to the door. They could’ve really improved on. There’s Snow Removal though it was really bad in the handicap area. Parking staff was wonderful and friendly.
