Very clean room, very good breakfast, good location.

Service was beyond anything we’ve experienced before - and we’re experienced travels in our 60s

Clean, comfortable and very central to Vienna. Good transport links very near. Easy short walk to city centre. Helpful staff. Great breakfast. Would higly recommend.

The hotel was great, and the front desk support was exceptional. They provide above and beyond service. I highly recommend this property.

Staff were so kind, excellent location but our room layout was a bit awkward and toilet not so well ventilated.

The property is in a need of a complete renovation as the rooms were old and run down. Talked with the day manager about our air conditioner as we could not sleep as it was way to hot in the room. He stated that he would schedule an ac person to look at it, told us the person was looking at when we returned to our room after our morning activities. This was a lie, know one looked according to his staff. Do not stay at this place!!’

Most of the staffs were very nice, however, one of the staff at breakfast was extremely rude, making comments such as “mama mia!”every time I went to get my food. Besides that unpleasant experience, everyone else were very nice. The other breakfast lady , for the other mornings, was so very nice and sweet! The place was conveniently located, and can get to places with ease.

Room was small bit everything else was just perfect. Location, breakfast, friendliness, cleanliness.

Great location, friendly staff. A special shout out for the lovely lady in the breakfast room who surprised me on my birthday… such a thoughtful and kind gesture which was appreciated!

This hotel is well located, that is basically what you pay for; other than that, I would pick another place. The pillows and bed sheets had a horrible smell, I had to use my towel as a blanket.

Lovley hotel , helpful amd friendly staff

Chose for the location to the metro. Was also very easy to walk to the libations I was interested in seeing. Breakfast was very good and liked the availablity of coffee and tea. The staff were great and I appreciated the treat I received upon departure.

No counter space was difficult and the carpet was a little stained. The staff always seemed surprised to be communicated with which makes me believe they’re not used to talking. The hotel entrance is in an alley and it can feel scary at night, especially since I didn’t see any signage. Other than that, the location was fine. You’ll have to walk a couple minutes to feel like you’re in a good area. They don’t include a bed sheet which was strange. The room was very hot despite me having the AC on the lowest setting.

Nice quiet boutique hotel in a great location for exploring Vienna. Can walk to most of the attractions and there are numerous restaurants within a few minutes. Also next to tram and subway.

Sooo expensive for at best a 3 or even 2 star hotel, despite the good location. Very poor choice of breakfast, inconsistent air conditioning, ageing furniture, small towels.

Nice staff and clean. Basic, good place. But single room bed was very tiny and the worst pillows ever. Otherwise good location with U Bahn just around the corner.

Excellent location. Many options for breakfast. Facilities adequate, though room for single person is very small.
