There is no service to pick up at the pier. The receptionist spoke badly and was far from the harbor.

Service was not great at all. Did not get a pick up from ferry. Did not have our booking when we arrived (4pm), they wanted to put us in a room we didn't book, waited half an hour for them to make the room ready. Room itself was fine and we were comfortable. Location is a bit of a mission - halfway to the lookout.

Nice comfortable but a bit away from the crowd but if you want the quiet atmosphere of nightlife in phi phi seems suitable for you
