Stayed here the first week of October for 6 nights. The staff were friendly but just be aware reception isn't 24 hours. The amenities (pool & games) were well kept & we enjoyed using those when we had the chance but the sauna seems to be broken? We could not find anywhere to turn it on so that was a bit of a dissapointment for us. Location wise, it's super convenient if you are renting a car & planning any day trips. It's located on the quieter side of the island & about a 25 minute walk around the port to get to the restaurants/nightlife. There's also free parking for vehicles which is super convenient as well as a grocery store directly beside it which we definitely took advantage of. While it was both semi affordable & convenient location wise, there were a few things that left us feeling disappointed with our stay. For one, the hotel does not offer daily towel service, they only replace them every 4 days which I feel is a bit long. The sink in our room also had a lot of build up & our shower seemed to have some drainage issues which honestly made the place seem quite dirty/not very well cleaned prior to our stay. Overall, we probably wouldn't stay here again since the cleanliness was below our expectations.

Pros: good location. Spacious rooms. Appliances and AC we used were in working order. Nice swimming area. Cons: Property needs some TLC. The whole area of mini golf is a waste of space, run down and not used and dirty. Pay for beach/pool towels? Really? Shower was ok, not great.

The front desk were extremely helpful, provided information on things to do, helped us book taxis, and allowed us to use the facilities after checking out, but pre flight.

Arrived late (0130), called the out of hours number in the door and told where the key was. Checked in at reception after a sleep. Staff were friendly and efficient. Great location, 10-15 minute walk to the harbour or beach. Supermarket and dining options a few minutes walk. Apartment was very nice. Clean. Well featured.

I stayed here with my teenage daughter and I couldn’t have picked better apartments for us. The atmosphere was so relaxed, few families and couples. Always got 2 sun beds together. Location is perfect, right by supermarket, shops and restaurants. Bus stop 5 minute walk where we went to get the bus to Caves fr Drach (use your bank card to pay on bus) and 7 minutes to 2 beautiful beaches. The Fort was amazing for my morning walks. Staff at the apartments were all lovely and extremely accommodating as we arrived mid day and left at 5pm. Already looking for booking next year :-)

We booked last minute as we needed to stay in Spain 5 days longer than planned. The staff were amazing, Adrian and Carman (Reception) were both fantastic and so helpful, well done to them! We really liked the apartments, however the hotel chain need to keep up the investment in the complex, as there are some signs of wear and tear. All in all, a great stay!

Returned for a second visit after staying here 3 years ago. Very clean comfortable apartment, the only thing lacking was the little bar/restaurant was not open this time, so you had to go back to your apartment for something to eat or drink.

We had an early season stay at low cost. For what we paid it was good value. Our ground floor bungalow was a good size with front and back terraces and was a pleasant place to stay. Kitchen was good though appliances getting old, likewise bathroom. Reception team great. Pool was great, gym old but ok. Cleaning a bit ropey. Local area good, beaches small and lovely coves. Easy and attractive walk to Cala D'or via port. Supermarket next door provides all requirements at decent price. Taxi to PMI c85 euro. Really enjoyable and pleasant stay.

Stayed with partner and two teenagers for 3 days. The location is fantastic. Beautiful & quiet area. A few pools and just a walk away from own little beach area (hotel does not provide beach towels). Our room's setup was great! Kind of like a small condo with separate bedrooms, small gally kitchen, living area, & great balcony with amazing views. If you are one that sweats easily this is not for you. The A/C units in living room & master bedroom blow warm air & do not cool. We had to open windows for cool air at night (& day)which left us eaten up by mosquitos. The shower has great water pressure but be careful as the shower head knocks around a bit. Beds are not the most comfortable and left us feeling stiff each morning. The hotel has its own little market for groceries but is a bit pricey. Definitely recommend stopping at a market BEFORE arriving (closest is 20 min away). You are given a token for the downstairs market for a cleaning pack that contains dish soap, sponge, trash bag, laundry soap, and extra wipe. Our room had an upstairs terrace with a grill which was wonderful, but no shade so recommend grilling in the evenings (make sure to pick up grilling supplies). Customer service was excellent and everyone is very nice. Overall, a great stay for the price point. Recommend to the hotel updates to A/C's, shower attachments, & mattresses.... Would be much more comfortable stay for guests.

Excellent hotel close to a host of restaurants, bars and supermarket. Lovely big clean rooms and a great pool.

2nd time we have stayed here this year and it was once again a very nice and relaxing stay. The staff are great and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Stayed before. Fabulous location, great pool area and surrounds. Studio apartment poorly equipped, tired and in need of refurbishment. Towels were not changed in the entire week we were there.

I will be sending you a formal complaint. This will follow later on this evening. The apartment is dangerous. The electrics are badly faulted. There are numerous other unacceptable issues.

Very enjoyable few days. Clean and tidy apartment with plenty of space. Nice pool and great staff.
