Stayed only one night. Decent place but could improve. TV is very small and most of channels didn’t work due to bad signal reception. This place needs a microwave! My room was located in close proximity to train tracks and it was very difficult to fall asleep. Super annoying!

Staff were super helpful and let us leave our luggage in a room early for no charge as well as on the day we checked out. Very clean and tidy lovely rooms

We had a brilliant stay. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, beds were very comfortable, room was spacious and kitchenette was fully equipped. Location was amazing with different supermarkets at the doorstep, buses and trams around the corner. It was around 15 minutes walk to Wroclavia and train station. We stayed in many places around Wrocław and this is our favourite one! We will be coming back.

The room was very spacious. King sized bed in a bedroom with double doors to isolate it from the living/dining area. Modern lighting and close to the train station.

We booked a king size room and bed, only to have two single beds pushed together for the duration of our stay. We only had one pillow on each bed and had to wait until the next evening to get extra pillows as the porter wasn’t working that day. Our room only had one chair and one kitchen stool, so we had to request another stool and chair. The hydraulics on the extra stool didn’t work and kept sinking / lowering the chair. We didn’t actually get the extra chair in the end. A few minor things like the glasses in the room were disappointing too, such as no milk for tea and coffee, and the drinking glasses were very small (100ml). The hotel is nice overall, good location, quiet and near several shops and transport links.

Very convenient location.

I was surprised to find the condition of this aparthotel. This is advertised as a 4 star but was more like a 4 star. Walls are dirty, furniture is broken and taped together. The staff was helpful but that was the only good thing. Would not recommend

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and the customer service was top notch. Requested to move to another room with cooking facilities and they made the changes for me immediately. Everything was being well taken care of and I will definitely return.

Fabulous hotel we had a room with a kitchen area so a lovely big room . Very clean and coffee restoked daily. We found the room very warm and comfortable beds It is a little on the outskirts but we found it only a 20 min walk and there is frequent easy to use trams directly outside .

The hótel was exactly as described on the webpage and photos. Parking was at the rear of hotel in a secure area. Breakfast and evening meal in the restaurant were delicious. It was just over 10 minutes walk to the huge aquapark and spa / saunarium complex, and not too far by car to the quaint old town the next morning to go gnome statue hunting which I had done previously. The reception and restaurant staff were very helpful and professional. Would stay there again no question.

Great hotel, big rooms. Nice restaurant. Area is not the perfect but 10 min walk from train station. Great value for money. Stayed there many times and I don't think you find anything better for this money

really lovely hotel just a shame about the road works near it as taxis had to re direct a further route but not a massive problem would stay again

Extremely comfortable modern hotel. They let us check in 3 hours early too! Very close to team and bus stops. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

For the positives, friendly and efficient staff, excellent food in the restaurant ! Now the negatives, the room was spacious but tired, needed a make over, with no vent or fan duct, the bathroom smelt damp, the local area is full of drunks, drug addicts and street waking prostitutes at night, don’t venture out alone after dark ! Another downer, it obviously specialises in large coach party bookings, breakfast was packed and had to wait twenty minutes for a table andtbe night before the restaurant was over run by the same group of around 50 Germans ? Won’t be staying again !

Entire district was lacking hot water so was hotel. Had good restaurant and very easy parking

I stayed 10 days in this hotel and really enjoyed it. Staff are very nice and helpful with any problem that arises. The hotel is close to both a bus and tram line and you can get anywhere in Wroclaw on a tram or bus. The hotel restaurant is excellent. The room was big; we had three adults in our party. Free internet that was very fast, even with three people on it. Nice small kitchen. Only drawback is no air conditioning (there is a fan) and no news stations in English. No dishes or silverware in kitchen but when we asked for some, they brought it up.
