All of this hotel blend so good, the room, the staff, and the facilities too. Location near from Ancol and Dufan. Great to stay here, thank you.

There is no exhaust fan in the room so the air is musty, the room lights are also dark, the pillows and towels smell musty.

At the beginning of check-in, the car plate number was requested to register for parking, before checking out, reconfirmed the parking and it was said that you could just leave, but in reality, the parking had not been registered for free parking. Luckily, my card balance was small so it was not deducted from the balance. As a result, I had to turn back to the hotel and go back up to the receptionist.

Location is OK, dark hallway, room is OK although very narrow. The downside is that refilling food and cutlery (spoon and fork) takes a very long time, waiting 10 minutes without refilling, even though it was still 8:15, it was all gone. Coming back here might be worth considering.

Great Location, center of the city, integrate with big Shopping Mall. a lot of food, easy to find food. and in evening. maybe food choices at the outdoor Not much to see at shopping mall because most of the shop are close. but have big supermarket at the basement. Hotel room is a bit old, a bit smelly. because no sun shine can penetrate to the hotel. but the room is clean breakfast is great. overall would recommend to stay at this hotel.

The floor is not soundproof, made of wood which makes it a bit noisy outside the room.

The room is clean, fragrant, neat, although a bit cramped, the location is strategic, the breakfast is delicious. The only thing is that the toilet facilities are lacking, there are no toiletries, only soap without a toothbrush (the reason is to reduce plastic waste), but that is actually very important for those who stay overnight without bringing anything.
