Because this booking of yours booked 3 family rooms and I was the one who checked your guests in. I did not have the attitude as you mentioned and during the time your 3 family rooms stayed at the hotel, my relatives were all very happy and satisfied with the hotel. They did not have a single complaint about the room quality as you mentioned in the review.
