I can't enter the international gate. So I'm not even staying at the Sama-Sama Hotel and I didn't get any refunds.

Very easy and helpful for transit passengers.

The staff is not very friendly… but it is highly recommended for transit… because we don’t have to bother going out for an immigration stamp.

Couldn't access the hotel for check in. They wouldn't offer a refund. Had to book another hotel. Needs to be clearer at time of booking.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean. Although there is no window, it doesn't feel stuffy. But the room is not soundproof. It is good enough to sleep and rest before connecting to the next flight, take a shower before continuing the journey.

This is the nearest hotel to International Departure gate, if you have an early flight I recommend to stay the night in here to save your time.

It 's located after the immigration. So you can't bring your baggage suitcase there.

The room was neat, clean and very comfortable to stay on. It was exactly the kind of room I was looking for.

Check in was smooth, room with proper amenities, no window, but we only did 6 hours layover. Shower nicely warm (much needed after long flight). Placed quite far from every gate possible. But surrounded by 24h fastfood (too bad we're not in the mood for food).

This accommodation is perfect for international passanger who will have early morning flight and don't have check in baggage. Only handcarry. So we have early morning flight than the night before we clear or imigration and have boarding pass than walk to the hotel. Hotel location is after imigration. So we no need wakeup so early. We have plenty times. Fr hotel walk to boarding gate max 20min to the fartest gate. Will stay here again when we have early morning flight fr KlIA2.

This transit hotel is very useful for people in transit and have trouble sleeping in public places, especially international airports with various human characters transiting at the airport. The price is expensive but can pay the price of a good night's sleep. The location is inside the airport and there is no need for immigration checks. Close to where to eat and just go down one more floor to the departure gate. I bought it via OTA and it's cheaper. I only use 12 hours of stay for 7 hours, not including breakfast. The mattress is soft, complete with sufficient lighting. The bedrooms and toilets are clean, comfortable, complete with TV and wifi even though the internet network is not strong enough. Water heater, mineral water, coffee and tea are provided. The towels are clean, shampoo, toothbrush and liquid soap are provided. In my opinion the room is soundproof, doesn't smell but there really isn't a view from my twin bedroom. I think this hotel is really recommended because you don't need to rush into the lotong to the very long KLIA2 airport, because it's located inside the airport after immigration, you can sleep soundly, your mind is more relaxed because the atmosphere is calm.

The hotel is very strategic above the P & Q gate. Clean. The service is very friendly. It is suitable if you are transiting at Klia-Klia.
