The hotel is nice, the location is good, and the food is delicious. It seems the carpet in the room wasn't vacuumed enough, and the bathroom lighting wasn't bright enough.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite good, but the room interior felt a bit dark with its dark brown color...

Close to everywhere! Had a pleasant stay there for two nights. All front desk staff were welcoming and kind. Breakfast options were well prepared and of course delicious to my taste.

The room is clean, the environment is close to the city center and family friendly, but the television needs improvement because the picture is a bit blurry, but overall it is good.

The bedsheet had some stains, and the shower drain was clogged, which caused minor flooding during showers. The sink drained too slow, and the refrigerator did not cool properly. There was no bathrobe provided, which I expected from a 4-star hotel. Noise from the corridor and the room above was noticeable. The door chain was a bit difficult to secure, and the towels looked slightly worn. However, the view is pretty.

I stayed in the Grand Deluxe... The only downside was that the bathroom mirror was a bit blurry, like it hadn't been cleaned. Overall, it was okay. I enjoyed my stay here.

Comfortable for family accommodation

The hotel is nice and comfortable and close to everywhere you want to go.

Friendly staff, good service, decent facilities, clean pool, delicious breakfast with a varied menu. Only a few areas in the room are starting to look dated, like the wobbly toilet and the mini fridge that makes a beep every few hours, which is quite surprising. Otherwise, it's great.

Will come back here, very strategic location, close to Jam Gadang.

Please make the food tastier

The reception was friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was delicious.

The TV in the room is not a smart TV. The breakfast menu has less variety and taste, and the rest is ok.

Suitable for staycation with family

For a 4-star hotel, the breakfast wasn't varied, which was a bit disappointing. The television was still old and hadn't been upgraded.
