Great hotel, I was for 5 days for the price is really convenient!

Every thing is good!

Had a good stay.

For the price, 389$ plus $200 for deposit, the view was the only nice thing. Smoke detector had no sign of life, wires hanging from entrance light, bulbs missing in track light, dust coated breakers and window seal, fridge couldn’t open without opening drawers, beds were unpresentable, room hadn’t been swept or cleaned properly. I use to work in hotel for maintenance and it would have never passed our unit turns.

Everything was good except they have to work a bit on the breakfast specially, the home fries

Clean room helpful staff great breakfast. tv's were old and couldn't hook up laptops or get Netflix on them.

Our stay and the overall hotel was nice. The staff was very polite and housekeeping did a great job. Our only complaint would be that the hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade. The TVs in the rooms are very out dated so you can not stream like Netflix or any other streaming services. Nor can you cast from a device. so you are at the mercy of what is on the local cable/satellite channels, which is not much. The hotel's location is not too far from downtown Toronto and there are plenty of food and shopping options near by.

Staffs are nice and helpful, room is nice and clean with full kitchen, Breakfast is good too. We will come back.

It's been a good three weeks that we have been coming back to stay and the last couple of time the two staff Dizza and Marianne was awesome made our stay even more pleasant. Thank you even through the two ladies wasn't working they made sure that our room was delivered with whaf we needed. Although this time checking in wasn't as pleasing especially when they wanted to take 250 deposit. When all the other time I only paid 200 I honestly not so please with that and how they refuse to let us check in at the time that Mariann has organized Otherwise everything thing else was wondering Just disappointed on this time checking in service

Lobby was confusing, elevator was confusing. Room was poorly painted. Water damage all over the bathroom
