Everything was great!!!

It was not first time to book this hotel. I’m happy with the location and area.

This is my go to place everytime i come to Toronto. Has everything you need. Mall. Food court. Supermarket. Transit. Most convenient hotel ive ever stayed in.

The location was very convenient for dining and easy access to Toronto city. The parking is included in the price, which is great.

Breakfast was good. Issue with phone in room not working. Also came back to room from P 2 at night . Spent 15 minutes trying to get an elevator. It kept saying it did not recognize room key. Until it did finally

Great place to stay, we've stayed there many times. Room was very clean and breakfast was very good. We will probably stay there again this summer.

There is no bellman and no valet parking. It was a bit inconvenient when we arrived with lots of luggage. Lobby is on the 12th floor so I had To leave the car out front and go up to check in. The front desk woman was very helpful and met us in the parking garage with a cart for our luggage. Other than that the room was clean. Breakfast was very good but they ran out of eggs and didn’t replenish during the time I was Down to eat. Staff was helpful.

Everything was fine. The access is a bit trick on first arrival until you get the lay of the land… then it is pretty straightforward

Good location. Clean and comfortable rooms

Excellent stay. Clean comfortable suite. Friendly and accommodating staff. Easy access to free parking underground. Our stay was 4 nights and the only slight negative I can think of is the warm items at breakfast were the same everyday. I will definitely stay again when I am back in Toronto.
