Staff were very helpful! We had an issue with our door and helped us fix it and watched our room while we went out. They also allowed us to check in early which helped a lot so we didn't have luggage in the back of our car while in town.

The stay overall was OK there was some major issues such as the showerhead having no having showerhead. There was no hot water even after switching on the switch for hot water. It was made to be clear, that is a quiet place to stay, but it in fact was not ,you could hear a loud banging all night, dogs barking 24/7 which I know is not in their control, as paying guests you were made to feel as if you have no freedom to enjoy yourselves. yes it is cheap but you also get what you pay for and not having a showerhead is ridiculous as well as no hot water. We also were told we could not park there before check-in time which was 20 minutes before when we parked and we wanted to walk around Jaco. I don’t understand why as we’re paying customers. It’s OK for a night but need some serious upgrades in the room the ceiling fan also looked like it was going to fall the roof.

This is a very budget hotel.They do not supply hand towels, only 1 bath towel per person, no shampoo or conditioner, no blankets, no clothes hangers, etc. Coffee was good, breakfast food was limited. Unfortunately the owner was not welcoming at all.

Room was extremely small, dirty ants all over the room Bathroom was not pleasant

Clean, hospitable and friendly staff. Truly a quiet location that is a safe and easy 10-15 walk to beach and town center.

I arrived two hours before check in , I was told had to pay a fee to either park and or use the facilities . I had no water at times and no hot water during my stay . the place is away from everything

It is adorable, neat and clean. It is on the dead end of a residential street, so it's very quiet. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is a nice size, and the breakfast is good. The best part is the staff. They are friendly, helpful and kind. I will definitely stay here again!

This place was a bit unexpected, a little haven down a normal looking road. The room was clean and comfortable, only issue was the door was quite hard to lock and unlock. The staff were lovely, very efficient and helpful. The young lad when we arrived, showed us how to open and close/lock the gate and explained everything to us, thank you. The girl at breakfast was very nice, as was the breakfast

Communication was great, they let me know how to get in after the gate was closed, waited for us to show up to get us to our room.

Very basic room with shared bathroom. No fridge or even cups in the room. They got a lot of nerve charging the price I paid for this tiny shed with a mattress.

Beautiful property with nice relaxing area and a friendly staff. There is a place to rent bicycles in the property nice.

Cozy and quiet! Loved staying there with my parents for a night. We had a good rest. Complimentary breakfast is super simple, but then again is complementary.

This is not the first time I visit this hotel and I will always come back, exceptional service and rooms, I am always able to take my dog with me, and is close to the beach.

Nice hotel. Air conditioner is a must in the area. They also included a continental breakfast and pool. Was fairly close to the main city strip and close to the beach.
