5star experience! Wasn’t our first time there. And it definitely will not be our last!!

I would recommend Boticas Hotel and Spa. It is a lovely place in a lovely area of Portgual.

Hotel and service was good. Rooms are on the smaller side and bathroom set-up lacks privacy. Hotel is very modern design. Very clean and situated in a small town that is very scenic and quiet.

Jessica our server at the restaurant was so informative about the area and we couldn’t be happier to just venture out and see this beautiful villa

We enjoyed the room. Very clean and modern. Our problem was with the resteraunt. We had to wait to 10 pm to eat even though it was half empty. I ordered the filet mignon which was a 25.00 special. I was told it was from local cows. The meal came and it was pork loin instead. I questioned not and was told the waiter made a mistake. There was no offer to fix the mistake and no reduction on the charge

the only thing i would say about the area is there is not really anything to do, be prepared to have to drive out if you want things to do.

Almost brand new. Good room with good fittings. Clean and comfortable. Helpful staff many of whom are multilingual. Choice of restaurants within in easy walking distance. Pleasant rural area with good views to surrounding hills and mountains. Great value for money. I would happily go back again.

Staff excellent, room lovely, fab breakfast will definitely use this hotel again, looking forward to trying their restaurant for dinner on next trip.

Tudo limpo, organizado, muito legal para passar dias de descanso.

Hôtel 4 étoiles très bien situé dans une petite ville calme et accueillante. Installations très classes pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Piscine intérieure avec spa, hamman et sauna (seul bémol. Il faut réserver et avec une durée de 1h) Piscine extérieure avec bar et détente très bien Restaurant très classe et on mange très bien. La chambre et la salle de bain très bien, rien à dire. Lors de notre séjour nous avons vécu un séjour particulier. Le nombres d'incendies a fait que des cendres se sont répandus un peu partout sur la zone de la piscine. Seul chose que je reprocherai à ce séjour c'est l'état de propreté de l'ensemble de l'espace de la piscine extérieure, meubles, sols. A améliorer

Hotel sem pessoal suficiente para as necessidades básicas dos clientes. O serviço do pequeno almoço era assegurado por uma única pessoa que ainda por cima não estava atenta às faltas de comida que iam surgindo. Por outro lado não fizeram a limpeza do nosso quarto.
