Amazing few and beautiful rooms!

Location was excellent. Receptionist was very helpful. Enjoyed our stay will definitely go back.

Great location and view

Very steep around property and not very good views from room. I had booked through Wotif and chose the facility to pay on day at hotel but the hotel automatically took payment off my credit card 2 weeks prior with no consent from me. My partner was paying for holiday on the day we arrived as a gift for me but I had already had it taken out of my c/c. I had found it cheaper to stay in the place by $25 per day but because payment had already been taken from my c/c I couldn’t save any money. Luckily they had given us an upgrade which we appreciated.

Dated, terrible lighting but Yeppoon is awesome.

Staff are amazingly polite & extremely helpful. They go above & beyond to make the stay far better then expected.

Great views of the Ocean from our unit on level 3. We were above the pool, so can be noisy. Car Park across the street seems to be a meeting point for exuberant teens, a bit noisy for enjoying the balcony. After hours security took no interest in resolving our concerns and advised us to call the police ourselves.

Great location and value for money

Clean, quiet, our room was very small and this property is on a very steep hill which was difficult to walk up and down. Once you get down the hill, their are options for eating and to walk.

Location was beautiful looking out to the sea. Had everything we needed in the unit, even plastic cups, plates and bowls for littlies.

Lovely property and area. Not super walkable unless you are fit. Had a wonderful time and staff were friendly and prompt.

We were very happy with our stay, magnificent views, beautiful apartment that had everything you need. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Lack of parking, and couldn't access 2nd basement level parking at Adelaide St. When we reported this, was told to park on the street - there is no close street parking! Access card wouldn't open the terrace gate either. Checked with reception the next day and was told "oh yeah, other people have said that too". Thats not good customer service. The fridge supplied, wouldnt get cold. No freezer. Excerise step supplied to get into the bath/shower. Then the glass door wouldnt open and i was stuck in the shower. Wasn't good value for what we paid. Won't be staying there again.

The property was lovely. The view was good on the north facing room but would have been better south facing. The pool is heated and very clean. Great for a night or 2. Small TV and not able to connect to the smart functions but that was ok too. Great staff and they remember your name which was a fantastic thing as a guest to hear. Would recommend a stay thereeven with the walk up the hill.

Liked having a spa bath however getting in and out difficult if you have mobility issues.

Stayed for a long weekend. Room was tidy. Good location as long as you don’t mind a walk up and down a steep hill. We were fine with it. Pool was good and clean. Easy parking.

Great stay

You need to be allergic to natural light and carry your own oxygen supply if you book a room through Wotif. As always, if you book through wotif, you get the worst available room in the complex. Wotif needs to put pressure on properties to stop treating Wotif customers with contempt.
