Small room

Great location and history. It’s close to main plaza and tons of shops and restaurants. It’s beautiful but needs some updating. Lighting could be better. The bathroom is oddly configured and water pressure was not very good. Little touches of free water , coffee in room or in common areas would have been nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location

The staff was super great! Kind, helpful, considerate, professional. Our room was spotless. We had an inside room which I recommend if you are sensitive to loud music from surrounding venues. Our inner room was very quiet. Lovely! The AC was excellent. The bath products were very nice.

Staff friendly. We only stayed for a night but it was in El Centro area where we were able to see a lot and we took a short walking tour.

Great old hotel. A classic. The staff are great, very accommodating. There are not many amenities in the hotel, but the area is great. Easy morning coffee with the Starbuck’s downstairs.

This is not a three-star hotel. Air conditioner was too weak to cool the room. Refrigerator did not work, although staff insisted it did. TV remote sometimes worked. However, when i got it working, channel selection was great. Staff was very friendly. Location is excellent.

I don’t think my room was cleaned properly before I checked in. The bed was made but I found a champagne cork on my floor and the restroom floor was dirty. There are no elevators and don’t expect the workers to help you carry anything up the stairs. I had to carry everything myself, after having to walk a block with all my things in the heat, to the third floor. Can get really loud outside, the room lighting wasn’t the greatest but the aesthetic of the hotel was nice. I’m sure there were better options out there.

Es una propiedad antigua y no tiene refrigeracion en la estancia ni elevador y las escaleras son de las antiguas que se te va el aliento cuando subes y con el calor que hace en agosto es insufribles. Pero la ubicacion es excelente, lo unico malo es que el estacionamiento al cual te mandan si traes carro cierra muy temprano y si viajas alrededor es dificil llegar. El ultimo dia tuve que pagar un estacionamiento porque estaba cerrado cuando llegue y me cobraron 500.00 pesos por la noche y no podia sacar mi carro antes de las 8:00 am

This hotel has photo shopped pictures it’s very old and not maintained at all. The front it’s not friendly and does not give any info on additional services like laundry. It doesn’t not refund at all. There’s no pool or even an elevator . No room service or any type of hotel entertainment. I was stuck here for 3 nights I ended up spending another night at another hotel

The room I stayed was a bit small and bathroom was hard to get into since the step to get into bathroom was a bit high and anyone can easily trip and fall when having to go use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Pillows could be a bit softer as well as mattress. The furniture inside the lobby area was nice but the hotel itself needs lots of repairs since it’s an old building but the actual architecture of the hotel is nice and looks antique. The parking area can be updated and a bit closer to the hotel itself since it’s a few blocks away and could work on it being open 24/7.
