The staff are excellent, they arranged for rooms to be cleaned very quick which was greatly appreciated after a very long day of travel. The staff also kindly called us a taxi when needed

Good- Clean, air con, comfy bed. Bad - broken hangers, receptionist did not understand a word of english. Location poor for any shop/food outlet. Vending machines at reception broken.

This is such an interesting idea since I am from the USA. Basically they do not have a human checking you in, it's all done by reservation or cc number on a console. We arrived very late and had to email the hotel a week before to let them know so they could provide me with an access code. This is very important or you won't be able to check in and you are in the middle of a industrial park with not many options. For the price you get what you pay for. Bare boned, generic soap in a dispenser, no hand soap etc. Towels are thin and the beds are so so, but it did the job. I added the breakfast to the room rate and it's not the best breakfast in France but it's enough for most as it's healthy options (IE: eggs, bacon, yogurt, cereal, pastries, fresh fruit, great coffee machine and juice). We stayed 3 nights, not recommended, it's more like a night or two at most.

It would have been nice if it had soaps etc.

Rooms were clean and at a good price. No issues with the WiFi. There was also ample free parking. The reception has limited hours, and at night, you use your room code to open the front gate and enter the main entrance. Would definitely stay again if passing through.

A little strange to check in with a computer as the front desk was not open yet, but all went well. Breakfast was well supplied and tasty and assistance was available to non-French speakers to find local restaurants, access to city, etc.

We were visiting Lyon and we're looking for a hotel with free parking and within easy reach of the Centre. It was cheap but obviously new, clean and well looked after. No frills but ideal for our needs. It is in the middle of an industrial estate and the nearby restaurants obviously cater for the offices etc so were shut on Friday evening when we were there so if you want to eat best do so in Lyon.

Great value for money. Hotel staff extremely helpful and speak good English. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Great for travelling, we used this chain for our road trip through France and all were of the same standard.

Nice hotel if you are on your way to Paris and you want to have a good night of sleep.

Area was in an industrial zone. If you have your own transport mode (car) it should be fine. No access to public transport.

Great stay near airport close to restaurants & bars. Cute town very nearby if you have a car
