Beautiful, well-appointed room. The double-paned windows made it very quiet considering we were on the second floor and directly overlooking the square. Bed huge and comfortable and the only issue was housekeeping knocking at 8:45 on checkout day when we were trying to sleep in.

Excellent hotel, as soon as you walk in you could feel the good vibes and great ambiance. The rooms were spacious and very clean, with welcoming treats that made us feel special. The 24 hour coffee at the lounge was a plus we loved it, free beer, coffee and snack and a great place to unwind and relax. The staff went out of their way in always attending to our needs. The roof top restaurant had the most amazing view and the morning buffet was another great plus. Walking distance to centro historico. I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Staff was wonderful, alexia at the concierge’s desk. She helped us to obtain a wheelchair and was extremely helpful. But so too worth the coffee shop, ladies and everyone else. Overall, excellent service! Hotel was top-notch and breakfasts were incredible! The view from the restaurant rooftop was spectacular!

Fabulous hotel in a terrific location. Staff was pleasant, polite and very helpful. Breakfast was good. Rooftop restaurant had great food and a great view on your way up to Chicago just a few view of the zocalo.

This is an excellent stay, very clean, the bed was very comfortable and very good location, a lot of restaurants and shopping, close to many attractions. The staff is very friendly and profesional, they were very attentive to my needs and the breakfast was excellent with a great view. I will consider it for my next visit to Mexico City.

I love my stay at the Zokalo. I plan on staying there next time. I’m in Mexico City. The location was excellent. It’s a lot of things that is walking distance and the staff was more friendly.

Love everything about central zocalo. The breakfast buffet with the rooftop view and cafe which are included both have a great selection of food and delicious. The entire staff is friendly and helpful from front desk, housekeeping, cafe and restaurant. Also can’t beat the location. This was my second stay at central zocalo and would absolutely recommend it to anyone.
