Breakfast time is until 9:30. We arrived at 8:10, and the food was almost gone and would be gone soon. I told them they would refill it, but it still took a long time. When I asked if the soto perkedel (perkedel) hadn't come out yet, they said they were finished. I spoke to the restaurant staff, who was an elderly woman (presumably the manager or a leader). I saw another woman complaining and saying she would give a bad review, but I didn't expect her response to be an apology, but instead of an apology, she said, "Oh, it's okay if it's given a 1-star rating." I've never encountered this in any star-rated hotel. The glass I used was made of plastic and it leaked. At 9:10, I saw that several food stalls had also closed. The room was large but poorly maintained. Wow, I was also quite disappointed in staying at this hotel. Hopefully, my experience can lead to improvements.
