The hotel is very comfortable when inside the room and outside the room.

The sheets smelled really bad, as if they hadn't been changed. Breakfast was also very lacking; there were no side dishes, just vegetables.

The service is very good and very suitable for families.

Our stay at the Grand Mutiara Hotel Berastagi was very pleasant, with its panoramic views and cool air. Even without air conditioning, we still had to use blankets due to the cold. My family and grandchildren were very impressed, as they rarely return to Tanah Karo. Hopefully, the hotel's service and facilities will continue to improve and be more enjoyable. Thank you.

Overall okay 👍🏻. Many entertainments like sheep and alpaca, nice view, fresh air, there is a swimming pool and a new cafe is being built. An experience with children, lots of flowers around the hotel.
