Pros: free parking, comfortable bed, appeared clean, frig and microwave in working condition Cons: second floor room with no elevator so lug your suitcases up, lamp without bulb, another damaged lamp leaning to one side, broken chair, corrosion on all metal items from lamps to door hinges, AC unit blowing directly on bed, no table or lamp on one side of bed, okay breakfast except weak coffee, dripping tub faucet, no charger plugs (fortunately we had cubes), very dated decor and some furnishings very marred with cup rings etc. Depressing.

If you are looking for a Family hotel then this is for you. There's not much choices in the area so don't expect a resort hotel. They are welcoming, make you feel accommodated. They quickly changed our room when one of the lights wasn't working in the bathroom and was very apologetic for it. This is New Brunswick and not your typical fast pace kind of living so don't go expecting luxury, expect more of a home hotel. Would go back and stay again if I'm in the area.

The hotel is clean rooms as well. Staff is excellent. Pleasant and helpful. The ac unit needs to be cleaned or the filter changed as when on the room fills with musty air. Also the outside garbages was not cleaned up during our 3 day stay.

Very old hotel. Smelled musty, damp carpets, hard beds. The light in our bathroom only worked after flipping on and off many times and ac was noisy all night

The cost was about half of what other hotels were offering. $180 per nigh vs $400! Which is absolutely crazy to pay a $400 hotel in this remote regions of Canada. The food around here was amazing!

The bedroom was old and dusty; the mirrors were covered in dust; the table was not clean; the dust-covered bedsheets were torn; and the bathroom wasn't clean. It doesn't deserve three stars; it's just a way to get into a motel. The included breakfast was so simple—coffee, tea, a muffin, and juice..the price was high $233.57. A terrible trip to a hotel like that.

The staff were polite snd the hotel is well situated, near enough to St. Andrews, and Campobello.

The outside appeared to be recently redone and the bedding (including mattress) had clearly been updated. In stark contrast, the decor/furniture was a little dated. The appliances and sofa bed, however, are unacceptable. We booked a suite (King bed + sofa bed). When we checked in, the sofa bed was so bad that there was no way anybody would be able to sleep on it. We ended up having to book a second room. Fortunately, the mattresses were comfortable, so everyone slept well in the end (but we had to pay for a second room). Definitely do not count on using the sofa bed as a bed, though.

It was great . The staff was very helpful. We did have an incident of someone trying to get into our room. It was a misunderstanding of the rooms. It was hard to get back to sleep after that. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. They called us that my son had forgotten a bag in the room. We will recommend this place and we would return.

It is obviously a very dated hotel. It needs a face lift. The furniture was old, scratched and sticky. There was only about 6 TV stations either outdated, no movies. I nearly had a bad fall in the bathtub because the bottom was concave, extremely slippery and not very clean. No handle bars to hang on to. I do not recommend this hotel and will never book there again.
