Stayed here many times.....always great

Hair dryer didn’t work due to a faulty power outlet and it was connected to the wall. They had no extra hair dryers.

We came with our grandkids to use the pool we got there the pool was closed! Amenity’s zero! The blow dryer in our hotel barely blew any air! Went for breakfast was not anything available lady said changing management so what they have is all they have she seemed nice but flustered not her fault as I am writing this the power went out no backup generator? And we paid $155 a night for this?

The location is convenient for getting on and off the highway and yet is quiet. There are lots of fast food options and a steak house next door. The super Walmart is within half a block. We have stayed twice now, and it will be our choice for future visits. Very nice continental breakfast in a clean spacious and comfortable setting.

Stayed 2 nights and room was not cleaned our second day there. No trash emptied or new towels. No cinnamon rolls like every other holiday inn's have had.

The room was very nice and comfy. However there were many amenities that were broken. Breakfast was late and not very tasty as in previous visits at other locations.

Bathroom decent lighting easy to use. We'll stay there again

everything was great except for the pillows being thick & heavy.....not soft and light. So hard to handle! Loved all the grab bars in the bathroom!!! and the liquid soaps.

Bathroom door didn't latch or lock. Only 3 bath towels provided for 4 people. Room was very warm, room did not get to thermostat set temperature.

Super firm mattress and the pillows were perfect for my sleep. The staff were friendly and efficient. The only thing I would have changed was a room closer to the lobby.

Sink by the micudidnt work, only 1 hot water heater working for whole building, phone in room didn’t work. No pool towels out on days two. But overall room was clean, comfortable and roomy. And staff was nice at checkin! Breakfast was good and plentiful. Breakfast attendant was very very nice and love chatting with her! She is a great addition to your staff!!!
