very nice place, spacious rooms, the breakfast was really good. This hotel locates at a shopping mall which made everything very convenient, you can park at the mall parking for free. Hotel has parking too. The staff were very helpful. It is close to metro station as well. Definitely will come back with my family again.

Rooms are spacious and very family oriented. Breakfast is good. Recommended for families especially with their park access included per stay.

Ok I had a good stay but there is no interest in room service they don't give you water, plates or spoons after changing them you have to talk to them

A Bit far away from main attractions of Istanbul but there is a mall connected to the hotel.

Overall I was very happy with my stay. The hotel itself was great. Spacious rooms. Very comfortable beds and lots of pillows. Great seating area with a dining table and chairs to eat. Extra sofa and armchairs so great seating area in addition to bed that is present in the room. Staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Showers/bathrooms were great. The hotel is attached to a mall which is nice as it was easy to get groceries as there was a grocery store in the mall and easy to get food as there was a food court in the mall. Downside to the hotel is that it is about 30-45 minutes from the main touristy areas like Old Town Sultanahmet or Taksim Square which was a pain when it came to getting taxis. In order to go or come during premium times taxis would continuously cancel on Uber unless I was willing to pay an extra premium. In USD it wasn't bad in honesty but still annoying to deal with. Otherwise, the only other downside specific to the hotel itself is that the hallway corridor is very dark at night in a couple areas. We arrived at 2 AM to check in and the staff was wonderful. The bellboy/receptionist were fast and efficient and helped check in easily. The lighting in the hallway where the rooms were located was not ideal but all in all a very minor issue. During the daytime and evening hours when people are typically awake that was not a problem. Only an issue in the direct middle of the night. Overall, would use this hotel again.

Fabulous hotel with very large rooms, separate dining area in room and very large and nicely stocked bathroom. Very quiet location and very convenient to a shopping mall and food court via elevator in the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast had huge selection.
