GREAT.. AT THE AIRPOORT

Great hotel in the heart of the theatre district with close access to subway, good restaurants and walking distance to Times Square. Highly recommend this property.

Jättedåligt att på ett sådant här hotell inte kunna köpa en öl på en söndag. Kunde väl finnas en kyl i receptionen om krogen är stängd. Frukosten var mkt bra.

Comfortable room, great breakfast and great location right on the main square. Only takes 10 minutes to walk to the train station and 5 to walk to the lakeside. Room was a bit warm as there was no air conditioning and the windows couldn't be opened, but there was a fan next to the bed. The noise from the square at night can be a bit loud if you are a light sleeper. Would still recommend.

Better to sleep in the car.

A hotel right in the center of the city. The service was okay, rooms are large but bathroom sink was tiny and hard to wash my face in. No AC. Building was old and it looks like they only renovated the rooms piece by piece not giving it a sense of whole. Breakfast pretty good with large outdoor seating, I enjoyed the pancakes.

I used the hotel for one night on a business trip. It worked well and the hotel was ok for the price.

We stayed here 2 nights end of December and had 2 rooms, one for my wife and me and one for our teenage boys. This is a hotel that has been around more than 50 years and is in a beautiful house. It has been renovated without loosing the charm of the building. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The hotel is at the center of the city. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly and service minded.

Nice stay at a convenient, comfortable hotel. Standard room is small, but has all boxes ticked. Older hotel probably 3.5 star. Staff very helpful and courteous. Breakfast very good. Would stay again but choose next category room.

This hotel is a disgrace. I booked for three days and had nothing but trouble for two of them. Check-in was a disaster. I had to wait for someone from outside to come into my room, and that was at 10 p.m. because no one is in after 9 p.m. If you want to use the hairdryer, you can forget it, as the hotel has a maximum of 1,000 watts. If you have more than that, the power in the room goes out, which I experienced all night. The rooms are very old and smelly, the beds are very old, the floors creak when you walk on them, and the bathrooms are very old and dirty. The hotel isn't rated four stars, but one star at most. I wanted a discount for this, but the hotel was very greedy and didn't accommodate me. I advise anyone not to book this hotel unless you really want to have problems.
