Asked the check in machine for a room at the very back. Didn't work When the motel isn't full, rooms should be every other room!!

This is a great place to stay in Snyder.

The bed was very comfortable, really great after a days travel on the highways!

Room was dirty, infested with roaches, killed several large ants, huge wad of hair in the tub drain, cigarette ashes on toilet seat when we arrived.

False advertising. No bar. No restaurant. Free breakfast is cereal or a pkgd muffin. Safety was a concern as the inside lock on the door was broken and there was about an inch gap or more under the door. There were unsavory characters milling around the parking lot all night long. The room was every bitof 100 degrees. The AC unit was off when we arrived to our room and it struggled all night to cool the room. It was miserable. It didnt get cool until the next morning at about 10 am. The bed was very very very firm. Pillows moderately soft and super hot. The light above the sink outside of the bathroom was very dim and i couldn't see well enough to put my makeup on. The tv has only about 4 or 5 local stations...no cable. I wish i would have paid the extra 20 dollars and stayed somewhere else. I will never stay somewhere that has the wyndham name attached to it again. This was a horrible experience.

Rooms are very clean. Beds comfortable. Cherck in was easy and accommodating

My wife went on hotels.com to get me a room since I’m out of town on business. When I arrived they couldn’t find the room, despite it already being booked, paid for & confirmed 2 hours earlier. Spent over an hour trying to get it sorted out & never did. I eventually left, went to a different hotel & booked myself. I did at least get a refund since my company was paying for it. Very frustrating!

Overall it was good. I would say that there were some cosmetic maintenance things that could happen that would make it feel nicer, but overall it was good. The staff were super nice and friendly at check in. It felt safe. The bed was pretty comfortable for me, which is saying something because I tend to have back issues.

I have rarely found a front desk person as helpful as this gentleman was. Thanks!

Easy check in, clean and adequate comfort in the room. Only disappointment was coffee pot in the room didn’t work either morning we were there, and the “breakfast”(in the office”was very meager and no seating,

Room was a good value as we were only looking for a place to sleep for the night. Hotel didn’t have cable/WiFi because of a service problem but again not an issue as we got in late and left early. Breakfast is minimal but that was factored into price we wanted to pay.
