I didn't like that no one spoke Enough England to hold a conversation. Area made it difficult to use public transportation. Spent a lot of money on taxi.

I arrive late and I went to the room and dropped the bags then I went to front desk and I complained that the room smell like paint and since I was heading out to meet with friends I requested a new room but when i came back the only answer was that there were no rooms available, I couldn't sleep with the strong smell of paint Next day after checking out, we requested if we can go to the rooftop and they declined since we were already checked out Worst hotel, bad staffing (front desk)

The first room that was given to us smelled musty. It made me feel sick, my chest was hurting from the awful smell. Then when they changed the room it smelled like the locker room of athletes. The exterior wall on the building had a large hole. Property has potential. Need some upgrading and maintenance.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to restaurants, banks, and the metro. The only thing is they charge 10% more of the rate, as a tax even when the tax was supposed included

The problem there, was they didn’t give us the room I booked, I booked standard room and they gave us double room, also in the room didn’t have even napkins, no iron no cups, no shampoo nothing , just two beds that’s it. And the receptionist didn’t try to make us happy. They said if you are not satisfied you can cancel your booking from Expedia , but our booking was non refund

Stayed for just a few hours was intransit for a flight. The room had a faucet leak. I didn't reported to frontt desk because i stay was short

YOU WILL REGRET STAYING HERE! The property was dirty, as were the rooms, which were moldy and caused me respiratory issues. I couldn't sleep at all the first night, left that morning bright and early, demanded a refund and no response was given to me. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

My request for an early check-in was granted to 1pm.

I like how alot of bars and rest was around and stores I didn't like how at midnight I'm sleeping and I'm hearing.noise like door slamming and anyone can have access inside

I. have been going twice a month for over 2 years and always checked in around 1pm, even though check in time was 10am. At the end of September the check in time was changed to 3pm! As usual, I was there at 1pm and was told 3pm is the new check in time. I.was visibly upset and was able to get my room at 2pm. The driveway and steps to the lobby has been under construction for more than 6 weeks. It's noisy and dusty as well as hazardous.

The hotel is in an ideal position for those who do not have car, as there is a lot of traffic. It has its own restaurant with decent service except that two young servers were not as friendly as the girls at the reception. The hotel should provide them with better customer service training.

I love the location of this hotel, it is close to alot of things like, hospital, food places malls supermarkets and a park. I would definitely recommend this place. My only problem is that there is no iron available for use, but other than that it is awesome and the staff is welcoming.
