Everything was great. Friendly staff, very clean rooms and property, excellent breakfast (with GF options for bread and cereal), and heated pool. Would definitely stay again.

Fairly clean, provided requests. Mattress needs changing. Individual pumps for shampoo, conditioner and shower gel not user friendly especially for the elderly.

Wasnt able to get a king bed i booked. Very noisy in hallways and AC was very very loud. Could hear alarms going off in different rooms all eve. Parking was a nightmare. Hot tub "not working"

Chose this hotel coming into the Lower Mainland from the interior: far exceeded expectations. Arriving early, Christiane at the desk noted our Gold Status & arranged an upgrade to a room ready at 1 pm (so appreciated as we were road weary!) The 4th floor room was quiet, very spacious, with an excellent king bed, mini fridge, microwave, Starbucks coffee pods. Great bedding, upscale toiletries, wine glasses, proper coffee mugs, tumblers, ice bucket - little things make a diff. Breakfast was continental but with good variety: nice way to get an early start. Parking lot has multiple cameras for peace of mind. Location just two blocks from the highway and near many restaurants, a supermarket, etc added to the conveniences. Definitely a great choice & would stay again.

Clean quiet great area for restaurants though the hotel only had a breakfast room for the usual cold cereals and yogurt and such. Friendly staff

Accommodated request for my severe rare disease issues with having a quiet place away from doors and elevators for sleep! 💤 and their continental breakfast is always good! Our go to place away from the island
