Bed was uncomfortable and probably needs replaced--staff was excellent very helpful and pleasant---will be staying there again

The room itself was decent. But the door to get to the 2nd floor was unlocked ( no security). Also there was a couple having a domestic dispute all morning- banging on the door, yelling- for over an hour- I did tell them when we were checking out that it was going on....

Everything was filthy. I called for clean sheets and was told it was a motel and what did I expect.

Outdated dirty, no air vents in bathroom making it freezing cold

I was looking for a decent cheap hotel for a couple nights for a hockey tournament. The value was incredible as the room was updated and clean, breakfast was good, they are dog friendly and it was very inexpensive. The location is good and overall I am very pleased with the overall experience and will consider them for the next tournament as well.

I like the hotel but the shower in the room we had didnt work.

Check in etc. was handled by Best Western. That was a surprise.

Pretty clean hotel considering it’s known to be on the lower end of hotels. Rooms were clean it’s just the beds were very uncomfortable

Everything was dirty - there was something orange stained on the pillowcase, all the walls were dirty, front door was dirty and needs replacing. Jessica (?) the night desk person at Best Western was checking in for both properties and was very busy. She was so polite and sweet!! We got in late and were leaving early, otherwise we would've left and found another hotel

I had an asthma episode because of previous cat dander in the room. I’m 75, and was very distressed. I should have been offered a refund. Very little empathy from your staff.

Our room was not ready by check in took over an hour. Staff was rude and nasty . Bed was dirty and heater/Ac was noisy all night. Door was unsafe did not latch well . Room smelled . Did not complain because staff was rude
