We only heard the walkie-talkie asking for a clean room, but we did not get one. It was like the housekeeper had not finished cleaning. We waited for almost 20 minutes. When there was a room available, they let us register for our stay. After we registered, they informed us that we had to deposit 200 baht in cash for the key card. We transferred the money but it would be refunded within 15-20 days. We did not care about the key card deposit. We were concerned that the staff made us wait for 20-30 minutes instead of checking us in first and waiting for the room. We did not have cash so we had to waste time going out to withdraw money. In the end, we did not get to our room until 4.00. We had estimated the check-in time well, but we had to waste time because the hotel was not ready at 15.20 and there was still no room for guests. We also wasted time finding cash to deposit the key.

The room is a bit small. Staying for 2 people, feeling a bit uncomfortable, the TV is not clear, the chair in the room seems to be broken. But the air conditioner is cool, comfortable to sleep, convenient to travel.

The room is quite narrow and stuffy. The bed moved and there was a sound. The sheets are starting to become hairy. There are black stains on the sheets, the TV signal is not good, come and go, the water in the bathroom flows slowly, the surroundings are beautiful.

The room smells up, doesn't soundproof, the bathroom doesn't have a door. The housekeeper came to clean without us hanging a sign telling me to do it. The female staff at the counter doesn't seem to accept guests. and uncle security guards in front of the accommodation, good service
