It's still 09.30 and breakfast is no longer available.
When asked if there was still food, the answer was that it was closed. It was also difficult to unload items from the car to the lobby as it was right on the side of the road. But the staff helped.

During check-in, the booking did not enter the system, even though we already had an app voucher. The room was not cleaned before we arrived, the lights were not on, the room was dirty as if someone had moved in. The service was very lacking.

everything has its pros and cons.
I apologize if I may give a suggestion for the future, hopefully the cleanliness of the bathroom will be more considered because when we first entered, there was still an unpleasant smell, maybe because the water flow was only a small hole, but if it is cleaned properly, such as flushing it with water and giving it a bathroom soap when you have checked out, it could be better.
for rooms that include breakfast, hopefully in the future the menu choices can be varied so that guests who cannot eat the menu served have a choice. the rest is quite good. thank you for your service😊🙏

The hotel's interior was nice, I loved it. The bedroom is spacious, however the bed wasn't very clean because I felt a bit itchy sleeping there. The breakfast was actually not bad, however the portion and option were very limited. Overall, the hotel is a good budget-friendly option. Just need to improve the food & cleanliness, then everything will be perfect!

The AC is really cool when you are tired and hot from outside activities. But unfortunately there is only 1 dispenser, which is across from the room. The swimming pool is not very aesthetic, the ceramic design does not match the ceramic swim pool for a hotel class. So it would be better if there were improvements.

The room size is spacious. The facilities in the room are also complete, starting from the aminitis, AC, TV, all functioning well and decently, free refill drinking water because there is a gallon in the corridor, HK was alert at that time asking for a replacement water bottle, it was immediately replaced. I stayed with 3 people in one room, chose twin deluxe, already got breakfast, just added extra breakfast for 1 person, the price is 60k, the food tastes delicious too. Strategic location, around there are also many people selling food, souvenirs, bank ATMs, next time I stay here again
