We were at room 358..No words can described about the cleanliness of this hotel.. super dirty.. the room felt very sandy.. the toilet were yellowish.. especially the toilet bowl.. the aircond was crappy.. plenty of bugs and small lizards.. to make it absolutely worst.. on the second night.. there was mouse!!!!.. complaint it to the staff, they changed our room.. but never apologise to us.. Hotel seri malaysia should renamed themselves as motel..

Not like its used to be. Those days hotel sri malaysia was very clean.

A strategic place. Near the payang market. Fragrant room, tidy. Can update toiletries to make it easier for customers who forgot to bring them. Overall, such a good hotel.

A comfortable hotel room, only for car parking you have to add more parking spaces, everything else is okay 💜.

The room needs an update. Bathroom: - Doors were rotting. - No shower curtain. - Stagnant water on floor after showering - No toothbrush and toothpaste provided. - Hair and body shampoo provided is very dry to skin. Room: - The whole room needs an update. Looks like its from 1990 's kind of setup. - Some of TV channels was blur and distorted. - No room slippers provided. - No room safe provided. - Very few sockets for charging phone or laptop. - USB ports are not functioning.

Hotel yang selesa dengan bayaran berpatutan. Family room menghadap sungai. Berdekatan dengan Pasar Payang dan tempat makan yang sedap-sedap (viral) Sunset yang sangat cantik.

Senang cari tapi parking sangat susah ye. Penuh kali selari parking dengan jumlah bilik

The hotel is located in the city center of Kuala Terengganu. Easy access anywhere. In Shaa Allah there will be sustenance until Terengganu, stay here again

Improve the food menu. Eg legacy menu.

The price is quite expensive as compared to the available facilities and the quality of food served during breakfast. The staff was not friendly too. Moreover, the room was smelly and the shower space is very small and very inconvenient. The TV screen has poor visibility with limited channel. I have been in a much cheaper hotel with a better room condition. This hotel needs to be improved especially in terms of quality of service and infrstructure.

It was okay. Fulfilled our expectation. Parking a lil bit harder to find. Otherwise, OK.

Strategic place, sea view … staffs are friendly ….

Upon check in the male receptionist was unfriendly and cold didn't even greet. The room was okay 9/10 the bathroom quite dirty and old. The breakfast was good.

Great place in the middle of Kuala Terengganu City, and nearst to Bandar Warisan

Good location, but very bad condition made the story fully booked old aircond, noisy toilet very bad. Old school mattress body aches avoid even worse than other Seri Malaysia ie Penang
