Smelly room, old building, looks like haunted place.

Hotel towel too smelly and cannot be use, the hotel look like no maintenance at all. Very bas.

Hotel is very old and very dirty. If can do not sale this hotel room from your platform it will bring down your company reputation.

This used to be my go to hotel when I want to visit Penang. It was a very pleasant experience before. Now, the state of the room is pretty bad. Would not recommend it to anyone. The restroom looks like it has not been maintained for ages with cockroaches running riot. The bed sheet looks like it has been there from the beginning of time. Don't get me started with the parking space. The parking space used to be quite okay but since The Store has shut down, it is very scary. I booked for two nights but after only one night, I left to seek other accommodation. I did not take any photos but trust me, it is not worth it.

This hotel is so-so, no problem if want to stay for a night. Polite staff. Near to restaurant. Located in the middle of Bukit Mertajam.

The room was spacious but due to lack of maintenance, the night spent was truly unsatisfactory. There were bed bug that left us scratching our hands, back and legs. Much appreciated if the botel could engage with peat control to tackle this issue.

Toilet was not clean enough. The bathtub was not functioning, they provided a rusty iron box,

😶 entered the underground parking lot, tup-tup the entrance of the shopping mall closed, had to walk a long way. Apparently there is another door that connects from the parking lot to the hotel, but I'm sorry I want to go up 3 levels. 😶 Check-in rate but staff mistaken for booth. Going upstairs just knew I could get a queen bed, even though I booked for 3 people. Go downstairs to change the key. Tired of fluctuations. 😶 dirty sheets, dirty comforters. Would you please open the comforter cover to check I'm amused when I think back because I noticed it was dirty, I want to go back. 😶 toilet too alahai..please invest a little to buy magiclean and tonyoh a little moss fungus. 😶 ask to borrow a hair dryer until you want to check out. (try using a hair dryer that I brought myself but the plug doesn't support the smell of burning & can't be used) 😶 the bathroom hot water works well. 😶 tv is okay, there are many channels 😶 water heater is a bit dirty & the glasses are not cleaned properly. 😶 there is an iron & iron board once, good. 😶 small perforated curtains. Used cigarettes maybe? 😶 last, this is the last time he sat here.

Unable to check in due to this hotel close for MCO. Payment complete but unable to check in.

This hotel 👌 but needs to be fixed on the tv section so that the broadcast is clearer and the shower fountain cleaner needs to be improved ... 😒🤔

Room is quite large. but cleanliness is very low. many spider webs do not throw away and the bathroom is not very nice!

the bathroom has very bad smell 💩.. and smoke smell in the room...

Large room suitable for families, only TV if possible check before guest enters the room.

room is old, door lock has broken and toilet is smelled! I was planning on 3 days but I have no choice but to move to another cleaner hotel for the remaining days. Hotel owner, maybe it's time to renovate your hotel now.

The services of hotel workers are very satisfying and the location makes it easy because there are supermarkets around the restaurant, there is also a wet market.

Old hotels, dirty bathrooms and hygiene are not satisfactory, please expect management to take appropriate action.

Adequate and value for money for our 6 person family. Short distance to the island.
