Kamar luas, bersih, kamar mandi bagus, catatan kalau ada rencana tambah jam check out jangan pakai aplikasi, pengalaman saya sudah bayar sampai jam 4 pm di aplikasi tapi tetap ditagih 100 bath per jam.

Staff baik tapi kamar hotel tidak terlalu nyaman. Seprei rusak. Kamar pengap. Kotor. Dan karena posisi di tengah khaosan road jadinya jangan harapkan ketenangan … Music keras akan terdengar sampai pagi.

Entering the room is not clean at all, very disappointed, the customer charge is too expensive. Even though the quality is not that good There will be no more visits for the next time.

Easy check-in, time requesting, clean room, convenient, quiet, cool air, soft bed, everything is very good, like so much, go to Khao San, stay at this hotel.

The location was great. Near and can use public transportation even to go to Bangkok city center. However, amenities for dental kit did not set up in my room.

The location is better than noise until 2-3am, so the sound insulation is better.

Staff said up to extra room 500 baht I do not want to book another hotel, so I set up to wait for violet violet staff to cancel notice but have not seen a refund.

The place is good and in the great location of Khao San Road. The place is somehow clean but still can be improved.

Being in the center of the crowd, Khaosan Road. Only the noise of the night will be heard in the room. The shower water is very small, the mattress is uneven and the interior is old.

First, the receptionist was greeted by a less friendly receptionist and a less pleasant scent. Having to pay a deposit of 1000 THB per room, I ordered 2 rooms so it took enough money because I had to deposit 2000 THB. Bagunan is quite old and not very well maintained and less clean starting from the elevator, the atmosphere of the room, many toilets that leak and crust. The check-out time must also be exactly at 12 noon, if you pass you can get an extra charge from the hotel. The door lock is also still manual (not using a keycard). It is still helped because its location is right in the Khaosan Road area, where there are many cafes / bars around and many souvenir stalls. Overall less than satisfactory because the service is less friendly and the condition of the building and its contents are not well groomed.

The door behind the room is unlikely to have a channel. It makes the light to prod the eyes when sleeping. The shower flow is slow and there is a smell.
