The View is the best , we travel to Tulum for three times, the hotel located a beautiful spot , we stays 4days . Room view is fantastic, we stay at 2nd floor, you can see the sun rise and beautiful ocean views even you lay on the bed ! The only thing is not there is the coffee, and breakfast first two day is ok, you will get bored with it after second morning. The stuff are very friendly. Room is ok, it is a little bit tiny,if you travel family with two teen, or it is ok !

Beautiful property, beautiful beaches, rude staff, bartender called me an Ogre… and made comments about my body in Spanish. I speak Spanish, I guess he didn’t realize this as he was gossiping about me to the other worker. The negative energy completely ruined the last leg of my trip.

It's worth coming just for the surroundings: nature, beautiful beaches, a clean, well-maintained facility, and beautiful views. The downside was the very unpleasant smell coming from the cottages, making it difficult to sleep. The biggest problem was the restaurant and the service, especially one waiter who made a fuss about our tip being too low. It was stressful! This kind of behavior ruins the overall impression and opinion of the hotel, and especially the quality of the facility.

This is a paradise on Earth. Rustic, eco cabanas by the sea, no noise, no fuzz, just the beauty of the jungle and ocean waves at your front door.

The room was amazing and just steps from the water. Miguel and the crew at the restaurant took amazing care of us and prepared some of the best meals we had on our trip. We could not have asked for a better place to relax at the end of our vacation.

My kids and I had a great time. I don’t like that we had to pay to re- enter the property after every departure. I also hated that the national guard pulled guns on us upon re-entry every time.

Well maintained. i counted 57 wheelbarrows of seaweed removed one morning from the beach. Th infestation is relentless and not the faut of the property management. We enjoyed the yoga and the multiple lounge spots. Beer was pricey compared to neighboring resorts. We liked the music night, even danced to it.

Fantastic property, location and staff! Rustic, glamping style hotel in a perfect location with its own private little cove/beach, a fantastic restaurant that serves both Mexican, and other, cuisine, and a great staff ready to accomodate…A place where you can truly relax in the perfect spot right on the beach, in rooms with thatched roofs and some with private outdoor bathrooms (shower under the stars), away from the sterile pretentiousness of Playa Del Carmen and the zona Hotelera in Tulum, a true place where relaxing on your personal cabana by the waves just takes you away from the hustle and bustle. Just be ready to glamp it a bit…

The cabins are very rustic and very small. Every morning there was noise from a truck standing on the street next to our cabin (king ocean view) for up to 30 minutes. The nights were very hot (April) and the fan insufficient to cool us down. We couldn’t use the beach at all (nobody did) due to heavy seaweed (see picture), and the whole place looks a bit rundown, with tarps on some of the roofs.
