The hotel is mediocre. It is outdated. The pull-out couch was terrible. The breakfast was acceptable. I would not stay here again.

So we arrived at this hotel during a heat wave. The room was hot, like a sauna. We turned on the ac and it didn’t take off a dent. The condenser would kick on and then off and blow in hot air. Contacted front desk and got a second room with the exact same problem with the AC. Contacted front desk again and got a 3rd room and the ac stayed on the entire time and kept up well. They did send a hvac/ac person the next day to fix it but it was an inconvenience regardless. Hotel front desk person was kind and professional. Breakfast was pretty good.

Handy location. Fair price. Friendly and competent staff. Nice room (an actual 2-room suite.) Very good breakfast. No spare batteries at the front desk for the remote and the provided TV channel lineup had nothing to with the actual channels available, but we had extra batteries and found something to watch. I'll stay there again.

I cannot thank Summer and her staff enough, they were extremely accommodating and I am deeply appreciative. The hotel properties and ammenities were amazing!! I look forward to staying at the property again. 10/10 recommend to all!

I did find the place well maintained but its getting old and tired looking. Sadly theu didn't have a water bottle in the room nor did they have any to purchase downstairs.

Good location, clean room, nice small pool and tge breakfast was great. I stayed with 3 kids in July and it was lovely, no complaints.

The customer service we received was short, curt and not welcoming. I felt like we were bothering him We were promised a pack and play for our infant son as they did not offer cribs. We received a message stating it would in the room when we arrived. Surprise surprise it wasn't and I definitely wasn't going back down at 11 at night to ask for it. Btw your rooms are definitely not cleaned properly and you guys damn well know it and please take the time and change the bedding. Maybe I'm being critical but I'm paying more than 200 a night I shouldnt find dirty bedding with other people hair all over the pillow cases and a crusty dusty stained couch from Grandma's basement. Standards are a thing, and yours need to be raised from the bare minimum you're offering.

We really enjoyed our stay at breakfast we thought it was odd no toaster when we checked out with the manager very nice and professional lady . We mentioned that and she said it was in the other room. She even offered to make us toast to go!!! Wow now that service…thank you so very much will absolutely stay again if we are in that area..lots of safe parking..as well

I normally don't post reviews but decided to post one on this occasion because I felt that some of the negative reviews were deceiving. I stayed on the 2nd floor of the 4 story part of the Hotel. Nice room that was well equipped and clean. Friendly staff. The pool and exercise room were a little small but a nice bonus and welcomed addition. The ice machine on our floor was out of order, but there was one that was functioning on the first floor. The biggest surprise was the breakfast. Great selection with both hot and cold items. Keep up the great hospitality!

Breakfast was good. Rooms were spacious and clean. Only thing was our AC wasn't working properly. It was hot to sleep.
