I booked 1 or 2 days before check in. booked 2 rooms with 1 smoking room and 1 non-smoking room. but when checking in, I was informed that the smoking rooms were sold out because the smoking rooms were limited, then I said that I didn't book too late. then the receptionist gave another reason by saying that smoking rooms were only available in the suite type and I was offered a room upgrade. for me, if I can't get or there is no smoking room, it doesn't matter. but try to give a logical reason and don't try to find other reasons. disappointed with the bathroom. at first I thought the toilet had just been used and not flushed, then I flushed it and it turned out that the water was yellow like someone had just urinated. the room's AC was not functioning properly. I called the technician and set the remote. okay then I waited and I just went out for about 5 hours with the AC still on. "Going home" still not cold. Because it was already 12 midnight, the child was already asleep, so I was too lazy to call the technician again. Until checking out, the room temperature was still so cold. The condition of the AC remote was also taped and often turned off and on. The wifi could not be used in the room. It appeared and disappeared. And the worst was the breakfast. The taste was not good, the fried rice was very hard and there were very few variants even though it was said to be a 4-star hotel. But the breakfast was worse than a budget hotel.
