My first time booking a 4-star hotel, I was disappointed. The room wasn't very big, the AC didn't work well, and the bathroom felt old and dirty. The most uncomfortable part was that our room wasn't soundproof, so we couldn't rest easy at night because other guests were so noisy. Especially if someone was taking a shower in the morning or evening, we could hear it from our room. We were there during the EM Football season, and they were showing replays during breakfast. For someone who needs peace and quiet, this place will definitely be disturbing (that's what my partner felt). Yes, although I think the breakfast was quite varied and delicious. For a hotel close to Malioboro and on a tight budget who doesn't expect much, this hotel is still okay to stay in.
