The price of the food is very affordable, starting from just IDR 30 thousand and it tastes delicious.

The AC is hot, complaints have been fixed but it's still not cold, luckily it's raining so it's quite cool

It was not a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hospitality was very lacking, especially at the reception.

Experience staying 2 nights during the holiday for the overall room, atmosphere and hotel facilities are all good and the staff are friendly and the breakfast food is delicious and varied. Recommended for staying with family.

I booked 1 or 2 days before check in. booked 2 rooms with 1 smoking room and 1 non-smoking room. but when checking in, I was informed that the smoking rooms were sold out because the smoking rooms were limited, then I said that I didn't book too late. then the receptionist gave another reason by saying that smoking rooms were only available in the suite type and I was offered a room upgrade. for me, if I can't get or there is no smoking room, it doesn't matter. but try to give a logical reason and don't try to find other reasons. disappointed with the bathroom. at first I thought the toilet had just been used and not flushed, then I flushed it and it turned out that the water was yellow like someone had just urinated. the room's AC was not functioning properly. I called the technician and set the remote. okay then I waited and I just went out for about 5 hours with the AC still on. "Going home" still not cold. Because it was already 12 midnight, the child was already asleep, so I was too lazy to call the technician again. Until checking out, the room temperature was still so cold. The condition of the AC remote was also taped and often turned off and on. The wifi could not be used in the room. It appeared and disappeared. And the worst was the breakfast. The taste was not good, the fried rice was very hard and there were very few variants even though it was said to be a 4-star hotel. But the breakfast was worse than a budget hotel. I will not go back again and am very disappointed.

I happened to book 2 rooms. And have stayed here several times... Ok and will come back again. Maybe a little input in room 330 the air conditioner is a bit noisy. For the rest everything is OK. Really recommended.

all ok, best service, all staff are very friendly. every time they pass by smile, greet, for the best attitude, the room is ok, the AC is very cold, the room is ok, the view of the mountain is on level 3, at that time there was a light from outside that made the eyes dazzle, call cs immediately turned off, the bathroom is ok, clean, complete facilities, food is ok western or Indonesian and local food, soto, porridge, chicken noodles, fried rice, pasta, indomie, mango juice drinks, guava, orange, complete fruit, not only 3 there are pineapple, melon, watermelon, strawberry, mango, the pastry is delicious, there is also pizza, there are interesting old-school foods that are hard to find anymore, the side dishes are great, there are 4 and 1 vegetable, many choices of variations unlike other places, the most delicious is the rice rames, the seasoning is really strong. tried the pasta but it was not cooked enough so it was not eaten, 5 stars are the only thing missing is 1 can't check in early, when it was confirmed via call it said it could and was charged 100k but after arriving it turned out it couldn't. So, I really had to wait for 2 hours,

Quite an interesting and enjoyable experience, in terms of cleanliness it is top notch, but the food served can still be improved in terms of taste, and also in terms of more interesting varieties.

The breakfast is good, the swimming pool is OK, only the room smells a bit when you first enter, but when the AC is turned on the smell goes away.
