Very clean very quiet facility waffle maker and pancake maker needs to be upgraded

Lots of space, friendly staff, good fitness centre, nice extras (kitchenette).

For the price, didn’t live up to expectations. Dated rooms, dated pool area. Breakfast was standard. Save your money and choose any other similar, but more reasonably priced, hotel in the area.

Really pleasant check in would just say visible things like the pool and finding garbage on the floor in the room for cleanliness makes you worry about the things you don’t see.

Nice clean comfortable room. Pool and hot tub was really nice. Gym also good. Nice continental breakfast. Staff at front desk very nice. Noisy neighbour first night but called down to desk and within 30 minutes or so things quieted down.

The staff is always super friendly and willing to go above and beyond. Rooms are always clean as is the breakfast area.

Pet friendly room is a punishment for bringing a pet. Numerous other hotels have much better policies for travelling with pets whereby the guest is not relegated to a subpar room but rather charged the pet rate and then asked to sign a waiver for any potential damage but allowed to keep their original room.

There was a dog and it made me happy
