Liked everything especially the hospitality.

Everything great about this property, location, staff and amenities. The only downside was poor internet, struggled to download stuff.

Room was cozy and nice.

Will definitely stay here again! Location is great! Your off the busy main road and only a few minutes walk to all restaurants and stores. The room was very spacious and super clean! The owners were super friendly.

It was a fantastic stay at the property. From the start, the customer service was great as Elaine was such a pleasure and always willing to help. When we talked in the room, it was nice and clean. The location is awesome; everything you'd need in Paihia is a walkable distance.

We paid a few dollars more for a great Bay of Islands view. Yhe very spacious and modern on quiet street 100M odf main street and ferry. The manager even delayed housekeeping washing so we could get laundry. Done

Very comfortable room, bed was good and room well furnished. Nice bathroom and very clean. Handy to have a kitchenette for 2 night stay.

Really fantastic stay - quiet, comfortable, and clean. We really enjoyed how close we were to the waterfront and being a short walk away from the Four Square.

This small family run motel was fabulous for our purpose and budget. Owners were very friendly and knowledgeable about local eateries and attractions in the area. Very clean and comfortable. Handy walking to town for shopping and restaurants. Easy walk down to the wharf for our Bay of Islands cruise and ferry to Russell.

We had a room with a lot of stairs to get to. Was difficult with luggage. Otherwise it was great

Nice Location

Great little family run motel close to town, but very quiet. Good kitchen with plenty of utensils, etc and adequate bathroom. Bed, pillows and bedding were all very good. Motel is older style, but clean and well maintained -perfect for our stay. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
