I really like the staff service

Was welcomed into my room with roaches crawling on the floor. Also the location is where events are held outside. The event that was taking place while I was there lasted until 3 in the morning and was very loud. Breakfast was delicious, except for the horrible cappuccino we had.

The coordinator Alejandra a very disrespectful, rude and dismissive person with the customer, she does not have adequate information to give to customers. With respect to taxes for Colombian residents abroad has no idea, made us wait 1 hour 30 minutes to make us check in. Check in, the bathroom shower could be cleaned better, as could the bedding. The staff should be more cordial to guests.

Had a roach in my original bedroom & then when switched to a different floor had another roach. Apparently due to the port being behind them it has been infestation issue and it has not been resovled.

Hotel very clean, safe and with a outstanding bay and port view in the west side balconies (front). Yes, the rooms have a balcony not very common in other jotels. The staff very helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast included was yummy and well prepare. Restaurants close by are good, we didn't have the chance to check the restaurant on property o the pool area, otherwise highly recommended.

Check in staff was unfriendly and not helpful. The hotel does not have parking and they made no effort to help us find one. Luckily, the men outside of the hotel assisted us. There were no towels in the pool area and Igor the price we paid I think we could’ve had more amenities. We stayed at the Cosmos in 2019 and think the hotel is deteriorating.
