Great care is taken by staff to welcome, offer information and special amenities. I love the local and artisanal products offered for sale in the lobby. They have the best juice!

Located at the city center. The hotel is in perfect condition with all amenities needed for their guests.

A very basic hotel with a small room (I had a twin room for one person, but I had to climb over the bed to get into it as there was no space between the beds and there were walls on both sides), a very hard bed, and a small bathroom. It does have friendly staff, but limited English, a Lawsons on the 1st floor (very handy), it is only a 10 minute walk from the Station, there are several restaurants nearby, and rooms have a view of the Castle (also within walking distance).

Comfortable and good food. Staff try very hard to be helpful with sufficient command of English. Well done to the staff.

We stayed over because we had a Ferry in the morning. Hotel was Japanese style -- sleep on the floor - no chars etc. but a New experience.

Practical and not far from the Uwajima station. No particular facilities but the convenience store on the first floor is a plus and the staff are friendly and initiative. I asked to borrow a spoon and a knife (to cut an avocado) and was also presented with a plate and chopping board. Overall a pleasant stay!

The hotel is located close to the rail station. Twin room was large by Japanese standards, not the most modern, but confortable. There were two sinks, a mini fridge and electric kettle. Coffee and tea were available (free) in the lobby, where there was also a microwave. Attached to the hotel was a convenience store, and a good bakery was around the corner. .

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Forgot an item and there were on the ball to have it left at the front desk for an easy pick up a few days later.

Stayed 4 nights and was quite pleased with the location, only some 600 to 800 Meters from the station. Ground-floor has a LAWSON Mini-Market and in the lobby there is free Coffee or Tea. You can keep the room key till you check out.

夜間、入り口ドア近くの換気扇の音がうるさくて寝付きが悪かった。最初は浴室の換気扇かと思ったら天井の換気扇だった。 24時間コーヒーサービスなど良い面もあり残念だった。

2泊3日の四国旅行の初日、9月13日に利用しました。部屋の清潔さ、スタッフの対応は非常に心地よいものでした。1点だけ残念だったのはお風呂の水圧が低かったこと。お風呂にお湯を張ろうとすると恐ろしく時間がかかりました😭 それ以外は、郷土料理のお店が周辺に多くあるなど立地も良く、快適な時間を過ごすことができました。 また、機会があればお世話になりたいと思います。

愛媛には何度か行ってるのですが、こちらのホテルは始めて宿泊させて頂きました。 フロントの方も親切で駐車場案内や受付もスムーズに進みました。子供達へのウエルカムドリンク、入浴剤選び、セルフコーヒー等のサービスも嬉しかったのですが、１番は部屋に子供用の歯ブラシを準備しててくれたことが感激でした。ホテルの歯ブラシは大きくて毎回困っていたのでホントに助かりました。小さなことだけど気付いてくれる心遣いが本当に嬉しかったです。また利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

部屋も広く、子どもも喜んでました。

ホテルのスタッフは皆若くしっかりしています。盆の間のせいか、夜食事する店が予約でなかなか入れず、飛び込みのわたしたちは苦労しました。
