Condition of bathroom cleanless is questionable. Black/dark silicones in shower indicate condition of whole hotel. Not acceptable for 3 stars hotel - much less than average. No silent resistant doors, till midnight all hotel sound disturb sleep. Nice and helpfull staff. Avarange breakfast vs other hotels.

Good hotel a short walk from the city centre. Free onsite parking and just a short distance from the motorway. Excellent breakfast provided with plenty of variety.

My stay here was phenomenal. The centre of Västerås is close even train station where can visit Stockholm. Thank you for everything

Very convenient located.

The hotel is situable in the heart of city, to noisy and dirty area. A lot of options for dinning, no enough space to parking, has a option in underground one, near to the hotel.

Great stay. Nice breakfast. They let us check in after 10pm even though that was over the normal checking time.

Great food, great staff, good location

We needed a family room for an early flight out the following morning. The lady Hannah on reception and the bar couldn’t have been better - excellent service. The family room for the four of us was massive and spotless. Excellent value.

Rätt låg standard på hela hotellet. Ena tjejen i receptionen var supertrevlig den andra butter. Bytte rum för det stank cigarettrök. Överlag vad man förväntar sig av 3 stjärnor
