Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Front desk charged me after i paid expedia and was rude

No bath towels, pillows were yellowed, shower rod was rusted.

They are not friendly people.

I enjoyed meeting Bob and talking with him. I greatly appreciated the complimentary milk for my cereal @ 2:00 A.M. when I awoke hungry. The jacuzzi jets weren't working,but he explained a new pump was ordered. I was impressed with his honesty transparency and all of thecrecentvchanges made!

Not bad . Comfort in beds are soft which are not our preferred.

Terrible service and complete lack of care. Manager can’t be bothered to return a simple phone call. There are plenty of far superior hotels throughout the area.

Toilet did not work nor did it work in another room they offered. Phone did not work, nor did the exhaust fan work in bathroom. Was told to use lobby restroom due to the one in my room not working. Staff was friendly. Then they frauded my credit card by charging me $300 more for the room. We left after 2 nights.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I am a clean freak and this was cleaner than most. The carpet could have used a little more vacuuming. But overall, I would choose to stay there again.

Easy check in, clean, comfortable, safe, staff was professional and friendly, especially Aleece. Breakfast was hot and good, coffee was great.

Nice property, however we did not care for the rain-head in the shower.

key card would not work. had to go back and forth from from desk to room multiple times. Finally the card worked and we were able to enter the room. My partner left to retrieve some ice and when he tried to reenter the ket no longer worked. We didn't bother getting a new card and simply stayed in the room until the next morning when we checked out.

Room was nice and big - hot tub was cloudy so we didn’t use it - bed was hard ) if u like hard beds👍 - service was good and brkf had eggs and sausage. Nice stop for a night

This was my second stay here. Overall i like the hotel but this time the bathtub and bathroom was not properly cleaned. It wasn’t awful but not great
