The stay at the hotel overall was good, however i was charged over 1800 on my credit card that has tied up usage due to refunds not being given right away. The initial payment was made and then 7 other charges incurred after. My card was being charged every day over the course of my 3 day stay. A major inconvenience. Ended up having to dispute charges with my bank.

Had toilet issues amd had to get a plunger and fix it outselves.

Room was very dirty stained all over the bed and couch pool was dirty

The staff was nice and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was good as well.

Had a great stay !, staff was friendly Room was very clean , Shower even had a cool rain shower head hanging from the ceiling! I absolutely loved that !

Overnight stay before July 4 trip to Santa Fe

Big and spacious rooms. Nice updates to the property. Breakfast had lots of good hot and cold variety

Staff could care less about us. There was a note left on a basket for us to communicate to them that we were checking out. We freaked out that we had left our room keys, no one was ever at the front, we had to ring a bell to get someone’s attention. Once we let them know we were checking out, the front lady didn’t do anything with that information and just said thank you. So what was the point of us freaking out over it? Absolutely nothing. The breakfast spread was horrible compared to Hilton’s. Never again with this place at this location.

There were two shoe prints on our ceiling. But they overall a nice place.

First room, the toilet was barely attached to the floor. Went down to the desk and they moved us to another room. Second room, toilets wouldn’t flush. Went back down to be moved to another room. First impression was “finally a decent room”, however, the bathtub faucet was not solidly mounted so when switching from tub flow to shower head the faucet pulled out of the wall significantly. Rain fall shower head was not mounted in the center so you had to basically stand against the wall. Bedding was clean and the bed itself was super comfortable. The curtains had spots and stains - don’t even want to know - and there were no blackout curtains to make the room dark.
