This property is clean and tidy in all areas. The staff are super friendly and helpful. There is a nice sports bar/restaurant a short walk one minute walk from the hotel. They offer a complimentary breakfast that had a variety of hot and cold options. They also welcome pets at a reasonable fee of $15.00. Will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the holiday inn and suites in Thunderbay. We were there from June 5th. and left on the 8th. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. From the ladies at the front desk to the dining room ladies and the gentleman who turned up the lights for us in the dining room so we could play cards. So very much appreciate each of them. We love staying at the holiday inn and suites wherever we go. These were top notch people!!!

The hotel served it purpose for a 2-night visit. It is strategically located. Great customer service and quiet.

People would smoke right by the side door and smoke would come inside.

Easy check in, lots of parking, very clean

Many doors, we parked right next to one, and the room was pretty close to it. Very friendly staff; and when a problem is encountered it's resolved.

There’s a super store and Tim Hortons across the road. A restaurant in the same parking lot. Beds are comfortable, pillows are amazing. Rooms are a good size. The bathroom is big. Pool amenities are good

We were warmly welcomed when we arrived. Rooms were clean and it was quiet. There is shopping all around not too far from the hotel and great restaurants. There was a slow storm the day we were leaving and the staff shoveled out to our vehicle doors. That was really nice. Overalll it was a great stay!
