For 1 night was ok because those pillows no good

Did not stay we were told we could not park inside secure area,and would have to park on road,this is after we paid. As our car was full inside this was not exceptable,so we said we would just have our money back ,we had to wait for the manager who came in never said a word and banged or money down on counter. Would recommend you to sleep in your CAR

Our stay was short - arrived very late, left very early the next day. Comfortable and good service but no hot water the morning we left.

I’ve stayed here twice now and would definitely do it again if I needed a place in Los Mochis. There’s a strong bleach smell to the rooms and showers tend to get the whole bathroom floor wet. But this is a really enjoyable place, staffed by a really helpful staff.

Iocated close to gay club if interested and has a beer dispenser in front of hotel if you wanna buy beer until 2 am

En lo particular el encargado de servicio nocturno no amable, con negativas al estacionamiento y al parecer de mal humor

No existía nuestra reservación, para la suerte tenían disponibilidad. Pero desconocemos si el error fue de la página o del hotel.

Buena atención, céntrico y las habitaciones muy limpias

Fue agradable la estadía, únicamente de comentarios opinamos había más sonido del que sería aceptable para un buen descanso y respecto al desayuno que incluimos no abrieron el restaurante por qué la persona no se presentó por la mañana

Reserve y ya habían vendido la habitación, me quede sin hotel muy mala experiencia

Llegué al hotel y no se respetó mi reservación que por cierto ya estaba pagada directamente en la plataforma de hoteles.com, en mostrador me dijeron que estaba sobrevendido y no había habitación, me dijeron que me iban a reembolsar el pago, me pueden ayudar a enviarme el reembolso?
